I have just had the most awful experience with a very rude person called Mark. I rang to enquire about the price of getting a large garden room installed. We talked over prices and I was interested in taking this further. I had already filled out an online enquiry form to check if they covered my area and was told they did. I then asked about clearance as I do not have direct access to my garden and have to go via my house. He was quite short with me and said 'well you just turn it on its side dont you!!!' I explained that I had no way of knowing the size of the panel. He said he would arrange for someone to come and see me. I started to say that it might be best id he could just detail everything in an email as I'm in Berkshire and he said Oh yeah you're too far and virtually put the phone down. I'm flabbergasted. If thats how he gets business I dread to think what the actual build would be like. And God forbid you had an issue, I expect you'd get the same treatment and get the phone put down on you
