After a positive first call, I have been left disappointed and annoyed with the level of service provided by what used to be a great brand. If like me you expect a £350.00 mower which is kept in a dry garage, used 5 times a year and cleaned after ever use to last more that 18 months before cables start snapping - Then a Qualcast is not for you... After being advised to send proof of purchase, and a picture of the break, and they would call me back to arrange an uplift, I later find that unless cables snap in the first few days they are not under warranty - but hey it's ok you can buy new ones and you should get them in 5 days - Buyer be warned however, there is a lot to be said for trust. So what do yo do when they send 8 pictures (in a attempt to show you how to fit the cable) - Which confirm that the cable has been updated, it's now a coated cable.. hmmmm, I wonder why they changed that part, given that the same revision of the Mower is stocked nation wide, I would advise checking before purchase, if the cables the not coated, walk away, but you have to wonder what's going to be the next revision due to substandard parts in the Qualcast range
