Fabulous service
I only required a small part for my Toro ride on mower, but needed it urgently. Consequently i placed the order for courier delivery. I was overjoyed to see an email come in soon after order placement informing me that the delivery charge had been refunded by 80 percent as standard royal mail postage was as quick as the courier. I was overjoyed that a company would go the extra mile to look after the customer as a priority over making profit! Well done and thanks again.

Snapper Garden Tractor spare cutter blades.
Excellent website enabling one to home in quickly to the appropriate tractor spares. Delivery by courier took 2 days from placing order so I am very happy and parts are original equipment for my Snapper garden tractor.

Great Service
Bearings in idler pulley on cutter deck of Countax tractor worn out and become very noisy. Replacement part ordered on Sunday, dispatched Monday and received Tuesday. Perfect fit and easy DIY repair.

Good for spares they have
Good for spares they have , but if you are trying to keep an old Westwood operational, they could have a few more options up their sleeves for obsolete parts. Had to source the making of a cutting deck shaft myself . It wasn’t difficult!!

Prompt delivery but poor customer service
Delivery was prompt and all items were in stock. There was however a problem with one item as I ordered a sweeper switch from the description on the web site. The item delivered was not correct for the application. I subsequently found out the correct item had a different description. I contacted the company and explained there was a problem with the description on their site . They replied that I could return the item but would have to re-order and return the incorrect item for credit. Whilst this is not a problem I do object to paying additional carriage due to a questionable description. I contacted them again but have not had the courtesy of a reply. It is such a shame the company lets itself down by poor customer service. Whilst the costs involved in this instance are not significant it does show there is little support from the company.
