AVOID this company
AVOID this company! Even when the PDF parts list they provide is incorrect, they will not help. No phone contact possible and emails are short and unhelpful. For a part where it was their mistake, I had to pay postage to recieve the wrong item and pay postage to return the wrong item. Avoid at all costs and buy local instead - even if it costs a little more.

£124 ride-on mower belt failed
£124 ride-on mower belt failed. This company tried to say we didn't order the correct belt so couldn't help. When we found the paperwork and proved we had, no apology and they still wouldn't replace the item, saying it was outside their returns policy.
under the Consumer Rights Act (2015)all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. One aspect of a product being of satisfactory quality is durability, - how long it lasts. Also bargain-bucket products won’t be held to as high standards as more expensive goods. This cost over £120, - the replacement we purchased was a little over £40. I'm sure it's evident why we feel aggrieved.

Ordering the correct part with the part number from the Westwood Part list was simple, and the part arrived very quickly (order placed on Wednesday evening and part delivered on Friday) so I was able to fit it quickly so the machine was up and running with the minimum of down time
