very helpful in identifying a non-essential part for my very old Laser mower. Unfortunately ordering my part was omitted and I wrote several weeks later asking about progress. An email reply ,possibly written at 2 am, offered a sincere apology and a very plausible explanation caused by a computer change. From then on the service was impeccable with emails answered within minutes and the part arriving just 24hrs after I had ordered and paid for it.
In spite of the earlier problem they deserve five stars and I would certainly use them again . John Cawood
