The delivery of this perishable item was much delayed and when delivered was left with the Postal Service for two days during record breaking temperatures.

Hi Doreen, thanks for your review. We're so sorry for the delay in getting the order to you. Unfortunately there was a national shortage of nematodes which resulting in them taking longer than we had initially expected to be dispatched. If you can send us an email, I will see if there is anything we can do for you regarding the delay.
I have checked the tracking and the order was dispatched on Friday, Royal Mail then attempted delivery on Saturday as expected but there was no answer, so it was sent out again on Monday where it was delivered.

This is a business that not only offers exceptional products at a bargain price. In addition they are that rarest of companies, they truly care about their customers. Lovely bench, great value and free delivery.
Only downside was, that although we knew it was on its way with a delivery slot, we didn't know how long it had been sitting in my front garden, within that time slot as we were not informed it has been delivered 😀
