CHEAPER BUT NOT APPLE WATCH FUNCTIONALITY
Good on all counts, just disappointed that an independent review claimed it is capable of detecting fluctuations in Sinus Rhythm, but, it doesn’t have a sensor that constantly performs an ECG. Otherwise, all good.

My warranty claim was responded to with in 24 hours, after submitting a video of the fault it was with in 36 hours I had a response with a solution and even with CNY happening at the time I received my upgraded replacement in 2 weeks, such great customer service my wife and I have both moved to wearing Gard watches

I bought this watch and was absolutely delighted with the look, wearability and functionality of it. Sadly after nearly a year it developed a fault. Now these things happen, so it is how a company responds and resolves the issue is key.
This whole experience and resolution was speedy, efficient and very professional. Fantastic communication from start to finish.
Yes, there were things I was asked to do, to validate my claim, but this is only right, as no doubt some may chance their luck! I could not fault the customer service provided by Cristy at all. Excellent agent and company customer service ethos.

Great customer service. When my watch stopped working properly, I contacted Gardpro straight away and immediately they ordered a replacement for me. All i needed to do was send a short video detailng the issue I was having and the new watch was out to me within a week. Good products and excellent customer service. Well done.
