Like so many others have stated, the product is not as described. You pay dearly to return product. And you only receive partial refund for an item returned if they approve the return. Better off burning your money than dealing with Garlani.

Wouldn’t even give them one star! Paid for 3 dresses, none arrived, I did get a thank you card in the post?! Can’t contact them, absolutely disgusting!

I ordered and never received the dress. I did get a thank you card in the post, but had know idea it was from them.
I have also emailed and no response!

Never received my product and now website is a scam !!!!!!!!

I have tried to return a product that was the wrong size since February. What a run around!! I returned the product with a photo as requested and a tracking number. Tracked the package which was delivered. ”Jenny” denied repeatedly. I sent info again. ”Jenny” seems to have limited english language skills. This is now May and Garlani has my money and the pants i sent back,. The company is a scam.

Please do not shop here. They stole my money. I returned my coat back to them because it was too small. I had to spend 64.00 bucks for shipping because they are in Columbia. I believe they are scamming Americans. I still have not received my 117. 00 for my refund. I keep getting the same message over and over from a person name Jenny. You can’t call them everything is through email. Please don’t order anything from them. They are awful. This company is hideous.

Do not buy from this company. The merchandise is substandard. It is NOT what you think you are buying. When you complain they offer to give you back half of your purchase $$ amount because the buyer has to pay to send the fake merchandise back to Columbia.

This place is trash!!!!! DO NOT order from this company. They gave a misleading description of some items on their website and when I recieved the items, they weren't what I expected. Not only that, but when I received the items they looked like repackaged chinese crap. I tried to get a return and they made me pay for international shipping back. My total on my order was 56.00 dollars and had to pay 33.00 dollars to ship it back to Columbia. They tried to give me a 25.00 gift card to their store, but that's useless because I will never buy anything from them again.

This company sells junk & if you want a refund forget it. I ordered a bralette it looked so cute. I ordered a 2 XL & when I got it well it looked like it fit a teenager. Plus it almost like paper. So I asked for a return address or return label. They said I could keep the bra & have a 10.00 gift card. So I said I'll send it back. They said ok but it will be expensive. So I packaged it went to the post office. The cost would be 40.00 since it was out of the country. I said forget it it only cost me 30.00 to buy it. So I told the people I'll take the 10.00 gift card. But they only say junk so it wasn't a fair deal. Plus what was I going to do with the bra I'm keeping, it doesn't even fit. They should just reimburse the hole amount if they didn't want the bra back. So 3 days later they say that they sent the gift card to my email. I looked every where & couldn't find the gift card. So I emailed them back & said I didn't receive the gift card. 3 days later they said we sent it look in your junk mail. So I went through everything again & found nothing. Now I have to wait another 3 days. Mind you they have hardly anything on the site & everything looks cheap. But I found another bralette & was going to order it in a 4 XL to see if that would fit a adult but I'm not paying full price. It looks like they don't want to refund you a penny. I would stay far away from this company. Lus it takes them forever to respond.I'm going to report them to BBB because I don't want other people to get taken like I did.

This company is a scam! The pants I ordered were very cheaply made and is garbage. I ordered cargo pants and they looked nothing like on the website not even the same color. Took about 3 weeks to arrive and tracking number provided never worked. Trying to return the item, I was advised I had to pay international shipping cost to Colombia??!? Which is not stated on their website. All I was offered was a $20 gift card to use on their website which I’m not interested in ordering from ever again.

I ordered this beautiful looking jacket pictured to have a supple and soft nature in the pictures on their website. When it finally came from South America, (their site said they were in Miami) weeks later it was horrid. Some kind of stiff felt fabric that was wrinkly and sticky feeling, completely unlined and it could almost stand up on its own, it was so stiff. I was totally dissatisfied. I called the number. After all, their site touted a 100% Refund Policy! Nobody ever answers that number. It goes into an endless recording. I finally got an answer by email saying I could return it to the manufacturer in Columbia, South America which would be very costly or I could just keep it and then they would send me a $35 coupon for use in their online store. I wouldn't buy anything there...ever. It was horrible quality and now reading other reviews, I think that's typical. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and they are investigating. If they don't reverse the charge, I guess I'm out $80 for a piece of junk. I highly doubt it's even washable, and, in addition, not a single tag or label showing fabric content or washing instructions. I'm going to give it to a women's shelter but I don't think anyone would wear it.

My credit card company, American Express, contacted Garlani. Garlani said I refused to return the merchandise.
Catch 22. I am out 80$.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GARLANI!!!

I order The thermopants in size M (medium). They are marked "M" but they may fit skinny 6 years old. Of course I can return them, but it required international shipping to Colombia, which will be more than I paid for this item. Their website doesn't mention the international shipping chargers. It only says that's my responsibility, which in general makes sense.
I would never buy from them!

I ordered a sweater with faster shipping in May and it is now August! I never received it - I filed a claim, they answer you that someone will get back to you and that never happens. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Terrible quality, terrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of pants, they arrived and wore them once. They ripped that day and I requested a refund. The refund would include me paying for international shipping to return the item or a 20.00 gift card to their store.

I declined the gift card and asked for a credit of some sort as I would never shop here again. I threw the pants away as they were in such terrible shape and they accused me of theft and stealing - I also reported this to my bank.
I can understand a full refund is not warranted , but this is horrendous .

If I were going to steal something (which i never would) it would certainly be more than a 40.00 pair of pants!

This company deserves a zero and should be out of business hopefully soon. They sell nothing but garbage. Anything you get from here will look and feel like junk.

This company is a big scam! I ordered a few items from this site and it was shipped to me damaged and items weren’t as described. To return it you have to mail it back to Columbia and the shipping cost more than your purchase so you can’t return it and get a refund. Just so you know it’s shipping from another country not from USA!

I will say that everyone that has written a review here is correct. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam. Products advertised look totally different from what is sent. If you try and return, they want you to send the product back to Columbia at your expense! I'm going to throw my order in the trash, that's how bad it is.
