Punctual polite service and good value

We are extremely happy with our new garage door installed in Milton Keynes. Adam and his colleague did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Adam explained clearly how to use the garage door and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Both of them were polite, respectful, and highly professional throughout the installation. The quality of their work was excellent, and they deserve 10/10 from us. Thank you very much for such fantastic service. We highly recommend Garolla to anyone looking for a new garage door.

The whole experience from the initial meeting with Ian the engineer who measured, quoted and answered all my questions with regards to replacing my two garage doors to the support from the main office to the outstanding service given by Roman who installed the two doors was painless and very professional.

This is the worst company l’ve ever dealt with, lt’s virtually impossible to speak to anyone when there is a problem,they take payment then leave the job unfinished ,,,,,,,
Well guys time to give you an update l received an email from MARK the OPERATIONAL LEAD who said he would look into my complaint ,the same day l received a phone call from ABRAHAM l apologise if l haven’t got your name right. Mr ABRAHAM said emails had been sent and l would receive an email within the next 24 hours with a new completion date for the work to be finished, which they have already taken payment for, still waiting for email, phone call ,it seems to me the only thing Garolla can do properly is take your money. My first review hasn’t changed at all.

The whole process was amazing, from choosing the door to the survey and finally the fitting, Chris Hammett the fitter was brilliant , punctual, efficient, polite and tidy

Richard Lock came and fitted my new Garolla electric garage door. He came when he said he would, fitted efficiently and tidied away, was done in a few hours, and explained how the doors worked. Very pleased with the whole process from the initial survey to fitting.

Non existent customer service.
When you call them as an existing customer, there is a queue which lasts for ever.
I called on Monday, was told call again as their systems were down.
Called today, 7 minute hold. Pressed Star to get a call back.
Did not receive a call back.
Called again, this time pressing 1 for new sales.
Got connected to someone and was re-assured someone will finally call me back.

So far no call back. They are very good at asking for reviews once installation is complete but there seems to be no after sales service available.

Very disappointed as the door was not cheap.

Terrible customer service. No interest in customer once warranty expired. Rarely called back. Fixed date for repair then advised at 24 hours notice that not coming.Do not think about using this company if you need a garage door. You will not get service that was promised

The service was excellent, from next day survey with clear pricing policy. The planning and measurement went smoothly, the communication was good. The door was delivered when we were told it would be.
The installation guy Kane was very professional and did a great job

I tried to fix, or temporary fix my electric Door and kind of made a mess of it

Louis Walker came across a few weeks ago inspect today and got the door working and came back today to fix the bodged job that I had done

He was really quick and very professional and I'm so happy to have my Door working automatically again because it was doing my arm in to perpetually use the winder LOL

Phil was brilliant, good communication, couldn't fault the service, nothing was too much trouble, I'm very happy with the service and product.

Poor customer communication. Dates for fit promised, and not met. Unable to get a manager/supervisor to talk to.

Fitter was great

Delivered exactly what we ordered, totally profesional from initial inspection for quote to final installation. The installers Gordon Tant and Phil Webster did a great job installing and finishing off. Cannot fault. Would recommend Garolla garage doors to anyone wishing for quality at a price that was good for what has been installed. Thanks to Garolla and team.

The two people I had contact with were Clive (assessor) and Ben (installer) both absolutely brilliant answered all questions and listened to my needs and understood my situation Clive even came after hours to fit me in and Ben too extra time to go through everything with me and left everything spotless when he left.

Terrible customer service. Rang repeatedly to tell them door had broken (couldn't open it) and we were moving house. Were unable (unwilling) to book an engineer in until after we had moved despite us ringing repeatedly to explain we really needed access to the garage.

The Company was Excellent in delivery, Good Communication status, and timing in Overall delivery of the Product.
Good Quality

The whole process has been very easy, from initial contact to installation. The chap that can out to measure up, Andrew Stockdale was very knowledgeable and measured up and explained my options very well. I went for the Transform Pro, it was installed today by Paul Smith who was very friendly and professional. The installation took under three hours, and the operation of my door was fully explained. I was also guided through the registration process. All in all very impressed.

We’re all really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Chris Hammett the fitter had a real battle removing the old door and frame but never once complained and just got on with it with a smile on his face and managed to remove all the old frame and door without causing any damage to the surrounding structure. The finished quality of the fit is testament to his hard work and enthusiasm. On completion he cleaned the area and removed all rubbish plus the old garage door, then took the time to explain how the door works and demonstrated the remote controls plus the manual override. He was a pleasure to have working on our property.
