The bottles were perfectly packed and the delivery with EU destination was very speedy even with standard shipping rate. This is the second time I order. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback! It will be a matter of time until you have the chance to enjoy the goods purchased. Bear in mind that delivery dates for the UK have increased since Brexit.

MAUU
They didn't delivered the order on time, and they even changed the wine because they don't know their stock.

Thanks for the feedback! It took longer to do the expedition of the package as we were waiting for a reply regarding the swap of bottles from different harvests, not from not knowing the stocks, but from having extra care while executing each order to send the exact year the client purchased. Some mistakes can occur, but we always try to meet the satisfaction of the client.
We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you again in the near future!
