Either the owner of Garstore is completely inept or is a fraudster. I suspect the latter. Ordered 2 Makita batteries 8th August 2022 they never turned up despite assurances from " customer services" whom l suspect is one person. Requested refund which surprisingly was agreed to and had email confirming refund was made. Refund never received even after several weeks. Emails no longer being answered. Dishonest fraudster do not not be tempted to part with your money. I used a credit card so am claiming a section 75 refund.

Currently in the process of trying to get my money back though my bank waiting for them to investigate it.

Placed an order 30th July promised an 8-12 day delivery
Its been 67days, I have contacted this company around 6-7 times, originally got the excuses about difficulties with thier supplier and their shipper
Now I am not getting a response
My advice is to avoid this company, the prices quoted are too good to be true and that is eaclty what they are !!

AVOID ITS A SCAM SITE
Ordered a BBQ start of August, nothing arrived come September, so contacted support team and same as every other negative review I was told supplier issues and courier problems etc, waited another month to give them time to sort this out (despite my reservation having looked at Trustpilot reviews). Asked for a refund and never had a reply to my email! So gone straight to card issuer for refund and legal action

Order not not received and I regret dealing with them. Phone lines disabled and now no-one operating the 'Chat With Us' line. I would like my fears to be allayed but cannot even be sure about the legitimacy of this company, Garstore does not appear to be registered at the address they give (although 120+ other companies) are.

Ordered a Makita circular saw only to receive what I can only describe as some metal bits in a box from China. Emailed Garstore who said they would fully refund. No refund rec’d despite numerous emails (and no response) over the last few months.

I have ordered a Makita spanner and socket set which has not arrived after two weeks of ordering. I have tried to contact the company via phone but phone number on website does not work which makes me think I have been scammed. I would like a refund and to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a Champion 92001i generator for £339.99 on 15th August. Didn't arrive in the 8-10 working days they quoted. Eventually on 5th September I received two toolbags worth about £5 each. Asked several times for a refund and eventually they said my order status had changed to "refunded", but of course it hasn't been and the situation is now in the hands of my credit card company.

so I ordered an item on 12th August , payment taken email sent to me to say all good and I should receive the items in 8-12 working days. it is now the 09 Set and still I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM.
I have asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The reply is I have to wait 3 to 10m working days for the refund
Total let down this company would not buy ever again form here

DO NOT BUY FROM GARSTORE. This company can afford to offer low prices as they have no intention of supplying you the goods purchased. After waiting 20 days for an item that had an 8 - 12 day lead time I tried to telephone the company only to find the line is dead. I contacted the online support only to be told that they had had a delay and had some security checks to do and the item would be with me in the next few days. Now, 10 days later they claim to have had issues with their suppliers and delivery partners and that I should cooperate with them.

They will not give a refund and the goods have not been shipped. I have since found out that the address for the company is a front and there is no chance of getting my money back. You order from them at your own risk

Do not order from this online store. I ordered a generator on 6th July with 2 week delivery. I am still waiting. It is impossible to get any answers. It’s not worth it for the supposedly cheap price.

scam site, paid for items that never arrived. Not a UK site though it says it is, items come from China.

Scammers do not use, they will send out cheap tacky item not what you order , phones don’t work , emails don’t work

Scam Site BEWARE. Goods were ordered in July and have never been delivered up to today and they do not respond to E mails when you ask for a refund. The positive ratings must be done by their friends I would suggest. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Wish I'd seen this rating before ordering. Perhaps the NCA should investigate this site.

Ordered a Kärcher K 7 Premium Smart Control Home high-pressure washer, some cheap and nasty 'Value' branded tiny set arrived 4 weeks later after I'd already cancelled my order as taking too long and was promised a refund. 5 weeks on and still no refund and no longer replying to my messages. Hard to tell what the scam is but definitely not a legitimate site. Should be taken down.
By now, phone is not working! email address is not working!

AVOID!!!
Dont send goods and give lame excuses that they are waiting for stock to arrive!!

Read all reviews any goods ones must be fake!!

Ordered a Makita 18 volt multi tool ,
A cheap imitation turned up that the 18 volt battles does not fit
Complained and ask for a refund , was told a replacement was on its way
Not heard anymore, not got a refund .

This is a very untrustworthy company. Beware and do not take the risk by dealing with it. I ordered a leaf blower but they failed to deliver by the promised date. It was a gift for a friend's birthday so time sensitive. I gave them a further week to deliver but again they failed. They promised a refund a long time ago but nothing has arrived yet. A completely disgraceful company staffed by incompetent liars who have treated me with contempt and disrespect.
