Avoid completely, don't ship items which are listed as in stock, don't reply to email, contact form and phone number doesn't work. Refund request but not holding much hope.

This is a FRAUD.

I paid £809 for Kamado Joe, purely through the Google Shop recommendation. Gave them adequate time do sort it out, but after the first response, they went quiet.

Luckily I bought through Amex, so am protected.

Like others, I wish I'd have read the reviews, but trusted Google and to be fair, it's a well done scam. Disappointed they are still operating and scamming more people though.

Do not buy from this company! It's a scam. No working phone number, no registered company, no products or refunds.

I ordered a multitool and a skillsaw and they haven't arrived. It's been three weeks since I ordered. Do we have a website where we can make a complaint to the police

Scam company. Do not buy anything off this so called company. Cannot believe they are still allowed to trade.... no goods, no refund no communication after 7 weeks of ordering. Please avoid at all costs

Bought a lawnmower and strimmer from here. It was meant to arrive weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. I have tried contacting the company and am not getting a response! Do no buy from this company they will take your money and leave you without an item or response!

Ordered on the 12th august a pool for the kids half of the £400 was what they saved up out of their birthday money nothing but excuses they said they put a refund through on the 15th of September for the £400 but not received it! They have stopped replying to my emails and now we are financially in turmoil because we could not afford to lose that money!! And the kids have lost all their savings!! Absolute disgusting how they can steal money of people

Ordered a makita tool kit that never arrived. Tried contacting them through phone and email and got absolutely nowhere . Thankfully Revolt my bank account got my money for me. Please go to a company you know and trust. I won’t make the same mistake again lesson learnt.

Ordered a lawn mower at the end of July, no confirmation of the order. Emailed, no response, the telephone number doesn’t exist. Now £190 light and not a lawn mower in sight. Scammers, fraudsters and thieves. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

SCAMMERS! If I could have left 0 score I would have. Do not buy anything from them. They take payment, respond to emails time after time, don't issue refund and keep you running round in circles. 2 months after my purchase and no product, no refund. AVOID!!!

As with so many other people, do not use this website, these people are fraudsters. Which have zero intentions of ever delivering the item you ordered.
I ordered a generator, the delivery time came and went, when asked about delivery I was given a load of excuses about shipment and delays in Germany,
Asked for a refund, that was never issued. Screen shot and keeps all emails as an evidence trail for when you have to claim your money back, because you will have to do that.
Had to raise a case with American Express, to get my money back, on the plus side AmEx are fantastic, highly recommended.

Please do not use this company. I ordered a Karcher pressure washer in August and never received it. So I managed to get on the chat and speak to an advisor once asking for cancellation even though the order had been upgraded to 'shipment' online.
But I have not been refunded and since then have not been able to get in contact by phone, email or chat.
I've now contacted my bank to pursue this issue.
A total nightmare.

If there was a possibility to select 0 stars i would. no delivery. Dysfunctional phone no. No Communication. Reporting to trading standards. Do not purchase anything from this company.

AVOID GARSTORE - It's a complete scam. You'll never get the goods and will get no sense from them either. Their customer service number returns number unobtainable tone.

Totally shocking I only wish I had looked at the reviews before. Placed order on 22nd August chased so many time I then asked 3 weeks ago to cancel the order and for a refund. Now waiting for refund. Telephone no. on Website doesn't work and they have stopped responding to emails

Terrible experience
Never again cancelled my order and never heard back from them after 2 weeks of trying to get a refund!
Had to get my bank to get refund very stressful it took nearly 4 weeks
