Boiler service
Marcus was punctual, friendly and carried out his duties efficiently. He was happy to explain what he had done, and I imagine he would also be happy to explain any issues if they had arisen. Would not have any problems having Marcus again next time we need a boiler service.

Professional, efficient and friendly set
Darrell arrived promptly and efficiently carried out the gas service. He was helpful in answering questions I had and left everything tidy e.g. he closed the loft hatch when he was finished.

Gary McGowan gas safety check
Gary was very polite when he came to do my gas safety check he also asked questions about my last check up with getting a new boiler put in he was very kind to show me how my thermostat works as it was set up wrong and explained to me how to use it and how it works witch I much appreciated

Had gas and elec annual checks in July. The engineer, Gary McGowan, confirmed the apt the day before and arrived on time. He is very personable, efficient and helped me understand some of the terminology used on the Records that are produced by the company. Huge thanks!

Fault & new unit installed
Rory was able to diagnose the faulty cable within my kitchen straight away, after other companies failed to do so. He also advised me to upgrade my consumer unit to comply with industry standards. Recommended!
