Identifying and ordering the part was simple. Then it turned up on my door mat less than 24hrs after ordering, thats not just good thats brilliant.
and the price was less than anyone else.

I ordered coals from you on the 26…
I ordered coals from you on the 26 February and I still don’t have them. They are sitting at the DPD delivery store in Cambuslang. First they weren’t able to be delivered because of the snow and then it was delivered but no-one was home. I actually was home but obviously didn’t hear them at the door. I have phoned the depot twice. First time I was told that they would make it a priority and now today they have said ‘they think’ the parcel is damaged. This is totally unacceptable. I cannot get anyone to help. No-one will take responsibility or get in touch with me.

Apologies for this, I agree that this is unacceptable and you should have had these goods long before now. I understand that you have spoken to our service team and they are working to resolve this issue.
I have also asked that we refund the delivery charge on these goods as the service was not even close to what you should expect from ourselves.
