Very helpful, and was very good in trying to sort out some
Miner problems.

New boiler fitted at a reasonable price. The engineer was polite, very efficient and left the area clean and tidy. The boiler is working well and I’m very happy with it. I particularly like the wireless thermostat which I didn’t have before.

Superb service - I called at 9am to report a problem and they had organised an engineer to visit before noon. I also received useful updates from Brad on progress, which was really appreciated.

From initial visit to quote for the job, through to the engineer who fitted the equipment, the personnel were very professional. On time; clear communication; an experienced engineer/plumber.
I have not used the central heating yet, but the plumber did obviously test it to his satisfaction.

Leighton was friendly and gave good advice the was neat and tidy with the job recomend him to any one who wants a through job done

Had an almost new central heating system, new boiler at a new location, new radiators most of them at new locations, in 3 days. During survey and then during the works my needs were understood and respected, all my questions were responded promptly regardless how obvious the answers were, everything was explained. Professional and good job for a reasonable and fair price, I can only recommend Gas Assist.

From the 1st contact with GasAssist I knew I had made the right decision to go with them for my new Gas Boiler, from the 1st visit to the last they were very professional, The filter was very good, very clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble. Gas Assist were very professional right from the outset. Darren came and carried out the survey and provided the quote very quickly and the price was just right. Gerrit arrived promptly when promised and did a great job in two days, nothing was too much trouble. If you need a new boiler I would definitely recommend Gas Assist every time. Their prices are affordable and the workforce are top notch.

Gas Assist removed my conventional boiler and installed new Worcester Greenstar combi boiler. Big thanks to Darren who initially came to my house and explained really well what are the best options for my bungalow. He gave me the best quote too (I had 5 people in total who visited my place). Also, Darren was always available to answer my questions before the the work was started. Big thanks to Gerrit and his son who did excellent job when installing my new boiler. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. They did the job in agreed timescales and explained me how everything works. I am really pleased with the final outcome. We had low water pressure in our shower and with the new combi boiler that’s not a problem anymore.
I fully recommend Gas Assist. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish!

Highly recommend this company. When a sales person came out to quote for a whole new central heating system i thought the price was going to be too much compared to a self employed business but quote came in really quick and they were able to book it in for the following week.
On the day a few things changed like having to have a new vent out through the roof but it didn't change the price.
The guys that came to do it were really friendly and professional and worked really hard to finish the job quickly but without cutting any corners.
Added bonus was that we can now pay it back interest free!
Will be using these guys again in the future.

Excellent work from start to finish. New boiler fitted . Workmen turned up early, set to the task and ensured everything was in working order by doubly checking appliance. Both men behaved in professional and respectful manner and answered all queries. They also left the bathroom neat and tidy. I would highly recommend.

From the initial contact from Tom to the point of the installation team arriving within a week i cannot fault any stage of the process. The installation guys faced a multitude of challenges along the way but resolved them with ultimate professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and dedication from everybody involved. Well done all of you. Keep up the good work.

I had to have my unvented cylinder moved and a new boiler installed in a new adjacent position. Gas assist helped me with this and were able to offer re-use of existing nearly new system equipment to keep costs down.
The job was very competitively priced and completed satisfactorily with only one swiftly resolved hiccough where electric sockets could not be re-utilised in their prior location.
The installer was first rate, courteous and efficient, confirming with me before commencing pipe runs etc to ensure the final look was right.
