Parts arrived next day, exactly what I ordered and fitted perfectly, could not ask for more.
Website was straightforward, just need to know the model of the Boiler we have and the rest was easy.

Excellent service the parts arrived as stated and was very happy with the information all the way through.

I was kept informed of order progress by email. On the day of delivery, I got an email with a 1 hour delivery slot. So no need to hang around all day!

I had trouble finding a spare part for our old boiler but luckily found one at Gas Boiler Parts, despite being told by the manufacturer that it was obsolete.

The part I needed arrived within 24 hours and at the exact time that was given for delivery. My boiler part was replaced and working within half an hour of its arrival. Service second to none, I will not hesitate to reccomend your company to all my friends.

I ordered online a part for my central heating. Website was easy to use and price was the lowest I could find for the part. I didn't realise it was next day delivery so that was a pleasant surprise when I got an email to tell me it had been delivered. The email gave the surname of the person who signed for it, but not the address it had been delivered to. I got home: no card to say where it had been delivered. I emailed asking for the delivery address but received no reply. Eventually a neighbour brought it round. I knew these neighbours but only by first name. At best this made me look rude for not collecting it; at worst I could have never received the part. I would use them again, but time my order for when I would be in the next day.

Fast delivery and good communications

Ordered a part for my boiler, very easy to manage website. Next day delivery,they told us roughly what time they would deliver. And they were bang on time, which was impressive.All round an excellent service. Thank you. And not to mention it was the right part.
