Ordered a couple of parts over the christmas period, 2 separate orders but sent in same parcel.
I was charged for 2 lots of postage but on contacting the firm was immediately refunded the second lot of postage without quibble.
Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Many thanks for very efficient & friendly service. However I would certainly consider changing your delivery company Initially I made a mistake by writing the wrong post code to an address I was using in the UK [One digit error] but due to lack of initiative I spent days tracking & contacting the company Interlink Express, at considerable stress & expense. I even had people in the UK trying to locate the package More expense to me in phone calls etc I did e mail you trying to discover the problem as well. I did not take a genius to realise that [a] the post code was incorrect or [b] the house number was wrong. Whatever happened to powers of deduction?! Fortunately , after 4 days the part arrived at the address in time for the owner to bring it out to me. [She was flying the next day & even took time off work to ensure she was at home take delivery in the 11th hour] Full marks to you but a big zero to Interlink express

Fits perfectly with no problems

I required a part for a boiler that was in excess of 8 years old ! they had the part and it was dispatched fast ! and the carriers kept me informed of delivery progress right to the door ! Just Great ! Thanks Gas Boiler Parts for a great service

2nd delivery was fine, although the tube of heat sink silicone was burst. 1st delivery was a different matter. For some inexplicable reason, the delivery driver delivered it to a neighbour's house, although it was signed by the driver as having been delivered to our house. As neighbours were away, we didn't receive it for 4 days.

Goods as expected, on time at rite price. thats all you can expect.

Our heating was not working because of a simple switch on the boiler. I managed to order the exact part required, and it was delivered the next day. The delivery company also had excellent tracking so I knew when the part was going to arrive. Very good service, and the heating is now working perfectly !

I found the part really easily on the website paid my money and it was delivered two days later, thing was it took the plumber 3 days after that to come and fit it !

My knob on my boiler broke off - despair! So I searched on line and found it with GasBoilerParts, Fab Service. They sent me a new knob really quickly, so I didn't have to wait (next day delivery), it was the right size and so fitted perfectly. Thank you for an excellent service. When I need a new knob - you guys will the first people I look up.

This was the first time I have used this company and what a wonderful experience, from first contacting them with a query to ordering the part.. extremely fast delivery and prices of parts, unbelievable. First class service. I went on to this website to find out price of parts as I had been quoted a ridiculous price by my normal gas servicer.Your price for parts was absolutely fantastic. For one of the parts it was a saving of several hundred pounds. Was also advised by you before fitting the part to contact the manufacturers of my boiler. So glad I did as it seems that the advice given by my gas service engineer was wrong. Two of the parts he said were faulty and needed replacing had nothing wrong with them, in fact the diagnosis he gave was completely wrong. If I had not contacted your company I would have been hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Central heating is now working perfectly. Would highly recommend your company for great service and advice. Its nice to know there are still firms around who care about their customers.

With guests about to arrive, a failure in the boiler feeding two large self-catering cottages presented a big problem. Finding the part on the website and confirming a component change, the ordering process was simple. The item arrived next day with an excellent courier service who gave us a timed delivery. He was 2 minutes early, but we accepted that!
The whole process was seamless and professional. Good stocking, knowledgeable staff, simple ordering and selecting a reliable courier. We have no hesitation in recommending the company.
