I can recommend GB Abogados. They were quick to respond to all the queries I had and the Power of Attorney I needed was completed and delivered to my friend in Spain in record time.

The response from the company was dreadful. GB Abogados wasted three months of my time due to their complete lack of understanding the points made.
My advice to anyone would be, save your time and look somewhere else for a competent lawyer.

This Company ripped my Mother off for THOUSANDS of Euro's - be warned and don't use them.
The person involved was Dulce Illescas, she was engaged to perform a donation deed. Dulce did not include a piece of the property with the donation and when we indicated this Dulce failed to answer any emails, phone calls and letters. We engaged another Lawyer and Dulce returned some of the paperwork but some of the original documentation is still missing. We will now be issuing a complaint to the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and will be seeking compensation for malpractice. BE WARNED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE GOING THROUGH WHAT WE HAVE, IT HAS CAUSED MY ELDERLY MOTHER ILL HEALTH. DULCE IllESCAS SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF THE LAWYER REGISTER.

Beware of Dulce Illescas and Matt Rogerson from GB Abogados.
The website of the law firm seemed promising and I hired them to represent my interests regarding an off-plan property conveyance in Spain. However, after I had transferred the fee for their services, the communication ceased. My explicit email inquiries to Dulce Illescas and to Matt Rogerson regarding the legality of the project and the creditworthiness of the developing company received no response or feedback whatsoever. None of the legal searches (as specified in our Terms of Business) were conducted, none of my documents were reviewed.
Instead, I was astonished to receive the following note from Dulce Illescas: "... the deposit should be paid as soon as posible in order to get the property out of the market, because if she receives an offer from other potencial buyer, she will sale it."
I conclude that the professional competence of Dulce Illescas is as poor as her command of the English language. To say that her way of representing my interests in this case did not live up to my expectations is a major understatement. Consequently, I terminated her services and requested a refund.
Neither did Matt Rogerson account for the unearned fee, nor did he honour my claim for reimbursement.

We were very pleased with the calm and efficient approach to our problem. We got quick responses to our queries and spoke on several occasions. I would recommend GB Abogados to others, and indeed we are using them again to sell our property in Spain.

Excellent service. I worked directly with José . He reassured me during the whole process and answered all my questions every step of the way no matter how small I could not have asked for a better outcome. It was amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to José and Matt.

I changed from one lawyer in Spain to GB Abogados. I found Laura Rubio extremely helpful and willing to spend more time examining facts than the previous lawyer. I think that this support finally improved the outcome of the case and I'm very happy that I chose GB Abogados.
They are especially good lawyers if you need someone bi-lingual in English and Spanish and are able to act for a wide range of problems.
I will need their future help and will definitely be using them again .
