From start to finish excellent service from calling one day to it being installed on the 3rd thank you my grandparents sre so pleased

Good service from the salesman to the gas boiler fitter, both very professional and explained everything

Representative arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Joseph and Cameron the fitters arrived when they said they would. They were polite, professional and knew their stuff. They worked hard all day and made an excellent job of installing the new system. At the end they explained what had been done and how to operate it. They also removed all rubbish and cleaned up. I cannot recommend them enough. Overall it was a relatively pain free operation and we were extremely pleased with our decision to go ahead with the project. A big well done and thank you to all involved. Stage 2 will be to monitor our new systems performance over the next few months but all good so far.

We needed a new boiler as ours had been condemned. The representative was very professional and friendly. The team who installed the boiler were also professional and had the job done in half a day. Everything things works as it should and we have no complaints about any of the services provided.

Poor installation, even worse customer service. After my solar panels were installed I was left with not working system for over 1 month, then another 2-3 weeks waiting to fix other issues with installation. Around 25 calls to customer service asking to fix issues - they almost always promissed that will call back or installer will appear next day. Lost a lot of nerves and time for calls, waiting for installer. Very poor experience. Do not recommend

The rep Gary was very thorough and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us. Boiler fitted 4 days later by Jordan and his apprentice Kalton were both very polite, respectful and fitted boiler with minimum mess through out. Fingers crossed good service will continue over next 10 years
