AVOID
AVOID! quoted over £5000 for boiler. Stated would install the next day and would have it fitted within 4 hours. Seems very quick for such a big job. Cancelled and went somewhere else. Got a better boiler and saved over £1000. They also charge interest from day 1 if you take finance. Managed to get 4 years interest free.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish, had been in touch and let down by boiler companies then a sales rep for gas fast attended my property he went through everything with my wife and I from cost,fitting and savings after we agreed to the boiler that was suitable for our property everything was sorted stress free it was fitted very quick the fitters we’re very respectful of my home everything was left clean and tidy and the boiler and smart thermostat fully operational I can't thank ALL staff at gas fast enough each person I have dealt with has been a credit to the company. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a good boiler company

Very Happy with the two Fitters. Worked hard and with great skill in completing the install of the new boiler. Explained the working of it and Cleaned up after work was done. Professional from the appointment with Stephen, right through to the call a few hours after installation was completed to check that we were happy with the installation and how the engineer had left the area where he had worked. Very happy with the efficient service, customer relations and mostly with my new super fast boiler!

Cold called by them
Cold called by them, actually didn’t mind they had as the boiler is getting on a bit. Anyway made an appointment and they were arriving between 1630 and 1700 for an hour.
Didn’t arrive… no call…. So my thoughts on companies that do this are pretty straight forward … cowboys
Just had a weird response from gas fast.. going on about a radiator???? Never had anything from you so clearly your confused… proves a point I think🤪
Had another response saying they can’t find me… yep you’re correct ,,, you couldn’t find my house either for the appointment! 😂😂😂

Fabulous quick and efficient service
Fabulous quick and efficient service. I can't believe that the man only came to see us a few days ago and today we have had our new boiler fitted! All the staff that we have spoken to and seen have been lovely and very helpful, explaining everything along the way. The fitter did a fantastic job and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I was impressed about getting a phone call only a couple of hours later asking if we were happy with the work and the fitter and making sure he had left everything as we liked it. Excellent service and extremely quick. Well done, keep up the good work. Ref 15099

The installers arrived on time. Very efficient in letting us know what they were doing. No problems and installation went very well. Cleaned up and took away all rubbish. Explained the working of the system and controls. Polite and cheery.

Do not use this company. Signed up for radiator and boiler package. Boiler arrived but does not work properly and I'm still waiting for the radiators almost a year later! I keep calling and emailing to no avail. I've stopped the payments as they need to come and finish the job promised. Shocking company look at the reviews, says it all really. Look at the reply! No recollection of my name okay I won't pay for the boiler I received seeing as I'm not on your records. I'll let the finance company know to write off the debt. Cheers gas fast
