Excellent customer service and very professional. I get my boiler service done every year either Gas safe Edinburgh and recently got a repair.

Are you gas Safe.Because what it says gas Safe.ok I'm.going to look out for thst sorry about that but you should know gas safe are useless company the one in the UK.

I can highly recommend Gas safe. Russell has serviced and replaced a boiler for me and his work is always exemplary.

I received an absolutely stellar service from a lovely chap called Russ, who had me up and running again in no time at all - in these Covid times he made time in his day to sort me out the same day, which is unheard of!

Extremely happy with how they handled the issue! Gas Safe are absolutely my "go to guys" for any future needs!

Our boiler wasn't working so we contacted Russell. He arrived on time and his work was amazing. He fixed the problem efficiently with no problems. I would recommend Russell to anyone!

Excellent diagnosis, competitive pricing, tidy work and careful installation. Dealt with the tricky issues of a Victorian property divided into flats. Honest communication about problems with track and trace isolation and testing. Excellent end result. It was the famous Russell Lamberty again.

By contrast British Gas and e-on walked away without quoting saying the installation was too hard for them.

I joined gas sure a year ago £20 per month to cover my boiler and pipes. I have had an on going gas leak nothing to do with them but cowboy kitchen fitters.
There engineers have been fantastic, caring and professional and can’t do enough to solve problems.
I can’t recommend this company enough.
I have reasonably been made unemployed after working all my life aged 59
The engineers did not try to sell me anything like British Gas and showed empathy to my situation.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
Due to covid the last 2 engineers wore masks, kept their distance and showed professionalism.
I can’t put into words how happy I was with there service. Although it was nothing to do with them the ill fitting of my kitchen and the poor workmanship with the gas fitting they apologised for other fitters and said it gave them a poor reputation.
It’s the best £20 a month I’ve spent and feel safe and reassured knowing my house is safe
I can’t recommend this company enough and they should be so proud of the work their gas fitters

Honest and reliable. Just had new boiler pipework fitted - work was completed on time to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

I had a new central heating boiler installed this week in my flat. The whole process was trouble free from quote through to completion. No fuss, high standard of work and very tidy. Highly recommend this company.

Gas Safe installed a new boiler in my Edinburgh flat and done a great job. It was not only fitted, but was carried out on time and at a very competitive price. I would thoroughly recommend Gas Safe for any gas plumbing work you need done.

I required a new Combi boiler and after a poor installation 13 years ago I wanted a top class installlation this time.
Russell visited our house, later sent a quotation and answered all my questions(I had a lot to ask!)
Russell attended when arranged and carried out a first class neat and tidy installation.

Great services, have had two different boilers fixed by gas safe. Each of the repairs was done after others walked away.
