The Electrical certification process…

The Electrical certification process was to be honest deliberately over zealous as the company were trying to generate work for themselves and this was reflected in the unfair comments contained in their report. Very dissapointing.

They are useless …

Failed to read the form that they asked you to complete. It meant I was contacted several times instead of the tenant.

Then the contractor they initially instructed was only prepared to carry out an inspection during 14:30-16:30 which was impossible as is school pick up time.

It took several emails and me stating sort someone else or refund me and I’ll go elsewhere.

This is not the first time this has happened. I was a fool and returned, giving then a second chance. I won’t be doing that next year.
