As a small landlord I ordered 3 Gas Safety Certs, one was completed on time with no problem, the second was completed after 2 chasing phone calls and about a 4 week delay, the third is still outstanding after 2 months. I also received an email saying that the Engineer had failed to gain access after agreeing a date and that there would be a £40 re-booking fee. My tenant said that the date was not agreed, and the fee was waived.

About to report the company to the authority

Paid 140£+ VAT for Boiler Service + gas Cert.
The boiler had 0 water pressure so I wanted to have it fixed. The engineer came and said I should “call someone” to fix the water pressure. He also released a certification.
A few days later the boiler broke. I called another plumber who issued a safety warning with a statement that contradicted many of the statements on the gas certificate released by gas cert. They also fixed the water pressure in 5 min. Have have all written reports to record the discrepancy between statements in gas cert and the safety warning notice. I wrote to gas cert and they did not reply. Still waiting for a refund for: 1. Getting certified with an “at risk boiler”. 2. Paying for boiler service that did not sort the basic water pressure issue. Planning to write to the Gas Safety UK authority to raise the concern.

Didn’t receive my gas safety certificate after it was conducted.

He puts rental

On Electric check, gentleman put rental on a certificate instead of ownership,as we told him that the property is ours and we are doing this checks because we're selling it.
