overpriced, not very strong basically held on by 2 small screws,return spring for latch is very weak so latch bolt sticks every time,cide is basic and easily guessed as it's only 3 chosen numbers in ANY order and you can feel when you've guessed the correct number took my postman 3min to 'break' the code when I asked him to try...basically overpriced and sub standard

I recently purchased an upgraded solid lock from Gatemaster, and I couldn't be more impressed. The build quality is exceptional—solid, secure, and clearly made to last. It’s exactly what I needed, and it performs flawlessly.

On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. The team were helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It's rare to find a company that delivers both great products and genuinely excellent service.

We recently ordered and received a locking system for a commercial gate in Ireland through Signet/ Gatemaster. We are a small company called Doruvy Limited. We dealt with Paul in technical dept. I cannot recommend enough the level of detail and help I received from the company in selecting the correct system we needed. Prompt payment and shipping. Recommend at the highest level. Ollie.

I recently contacted Gatemaster for some advice about where we might have gone wrong with one of their locks. We had a gate made approx 2 years ago locally and requested they supply and fit a Gatemaster Lock due their excellent reputation. All received and no issues until the locked seized a couple of weeks ago. I contacted Gatemaster to ask what we should have done and do in future to prevent this happening again. They responded very quickly asking if we had followed the maintenance guide provided? I explained we had not as we had not received this from the gate manufactured. I asked if they could provided me with any advice and they offered to replace the whole lock as a curtesy.
This was not expected and certainly not my aim, it was purely for advice, however I have to stress how refreshing this is, to receive such good customer service is rare these days. The staff could not have been any more helpful and their communication was 2nd to none.
Well done Gatemaster, highly recommended.
