Fast shipping, great service!

My item arrived quickly and was perfect! It was an easy and seamless experience. Make sure you read the shipping and return policy. Yes, you have to pay duties and taxes through the shipping company and you have to deal with getting that refunded yourself through your country's border service if you return your order. But if you're able to be fairly certain your item will fit, it's a great option. If I was unsure on the fit of an item, I probably wouldn't order from here because of their policies.

If I have to pay customs duties separately, then this store turns out to be quite expensive. In most other places, even when customs are included in the total price, it still ends up being cheaper than here.

Since I have to handle customs myself with this store, the overall cost becomes much higher.

I think I’ll have to think twice before ordering again — it’s something I’ll need to seriously consider next time.

After I submitted an order and the payment completed, customer care send me an email that the have to cancel the order and the payment.. they refund me in the same day but I think there is problem with banks from outside Europe.. hope to be solved soon

Absolutely fantastic service

Ordered 2 pair or autry reelwind on Friday, promptly got an email warring me of possible import taxes etc and did I want to proceed with my order.

Thought this was great customer service highlighting the possible costs rather than just sending them for you to find out!

I replied a bit late ans they couldn’t be sent on Friday, no issues from me at all, they were posted yesterday 24/2/25 in Italy and I received they today 25/2/25 in Northern Ireland….wow, postage wasn’t even that expensive tbh.

Love the trainers and they were an absolute bargain compared to what others are charging.

Will definitely use again, 100% genuine goods, what a great find.

I purchased a very delicate Valentino item from Gaudenzi and it came in a vigorously new state, smelling great (a sweet aroma) and with all its tags and proof of authenticity

Only negative thing would be the shipping fee that costed me 30 Euros. Despite the fact that the item came within 2 days from the day it left the boutique, which is something I have to admire, I would prefer a slower and cheaper shipping option

And this also applies in case you are not sure of your sizing and wish to return the item. Then the return costs will be deducted from your grand refund which I personally think it's a stepping stone for a customer

I would purchase again from them due to the awesome state and the authenticity of the item I ordered and recommend to a friend of mine, as long I am sure of what I am ordering in terms of measurements

Do not purchase if you are in USA.
Costumer service is rude, hard to communicate and hard to return!
When you purchase an item, you are stuck with it.
This website doesn’t provide a return label, you need to provide and pay for DHL label and custom and import duties twice!
To the point that it’s better to keep the item you’ve purchased.

I purchased a sweater for $800, but I am not welling to pay over $250 to return it.
Do not purchase!

I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase and experience. Item as described, and it’s was dispatched instantly. User friendly website, and they’ve written that the items are without taxes l, without trying to be secretive about it. Also, they’ve emailed me right away to re-confirm and remind that item is without duty tax. Got my shoes and they’ve placed a lovely spaghetti box. Just gorgeous. Grazie.

I found a super hard to find pink bag on Gaudenzi boutique, at a very convenient price, the bag is Balenciaga le cagole small sizr for 1380€ with shipping to Germany (retail price is around 2250€).

I ordered and received the package the day after!!!
The bag is completely new and untouched, everything is perfect, I asked for gift packaging and it came so so beautiful! Thank you for making a little dream come true, and for making me feel like a princess 🥰💖 I will surely buy again 🌷

Excellent service and product. I ordered a pair of Maison Margiela Tabi boots. It was shipped the next day and arrived within a week.Despite paying $113 in duties, I still saved over $600 if I had bought it in Canada. The boots are beautifully packaged with care and are gorgeous.

Per the Promotional (advertisement) email I received, I was supposed to receive '20% Off' ?

NO WHERE in the email OR their website did it mention discount only on 'SS24'. I addition, no where on their website can one differentiate season 'SS24' from 'SS23'.

I chose the FENDI cardholder from 'SUMMER SALE', 'FENDI'.

Even if I thought (how is still to be explained) the discount/sale was only on 'SS24', NO WHERE on the site or item does it say the cardcase is 'SS23'!

Customer service is slow, delayed and does not address specific issues.

AVOID THIS STORE...

There are too many good ones to shop!

Excellent company, they had a new Gucci jacket before End, where I usually buy from. 💯 authentic, got it literally in 3 days from Italy to USA. Customer service always responds quickly also. I rarely return or exchange anything so I can’t comment on the other reviews about the customs and return fees, I would just recommend trying it on at a store before buying from them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Literally ordered my Marni bag on sunday, got an email from customer services on Monday reminding me that custom charges will need to be covered by me and whether I still wanted the bag. I said yes and bag was delivered Tuesday afternoon and pleasantly surprised i had no CUSTOM CHARGES to pay. Soo pleased with the service.
