AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE MONEY
If you live outside of italy and thinking or purchasing something from here, DON’T. Firstly I spent £95 on taxes to receive my parcel then I had to pay £55 to return the item because it was way too big. In addition Gaudenzi is telling me that I also have to pay for their taxes from receiving the return which they will take out of my refund. Like how on earth is that ok? I had to pay for my own taxes so why do I have to cover theirs? That’s over £200 in money lost for what?
