I bought a Saint Laurent bag from Gaudenzi.
And could not be more pleased with my purchase and the service!
The bag is amazing and the delivery was super quick and smooth; only two days from Italy to Finland.

I haven’t received my items yet. My items are stuck with customs because they need some information regarding the items and I have been trying to reach them without any luck. I have sent mails, left a message on their Instagram page, called, yet nothing. If They don’t respond ASAP, these items will be sent back to Italy. It’s soo frustrating!

I had a return
I had a return, I had to go through PayPal, because they didn't answer my emails. Once they did they told me to close my case with PayPal which I did stupidly. My purchase was for €425, I was refunded €326.75 I paid for the shipping!!! They took €35 for shipping plus €63.25 for duties. My purchase did not require duty payment. Buyer Be Ware!! It is a shame that this company lost my business for under €100.00. Not very smart! They would've made more money on my shopping! Will never shop again

As we have explained you in all our emails and as it is also written clearly in our return policy, custom and first shipping cost are deducted from the customers' refund like in your case:

We hope in the future to have the possibility to guarantee to our customers the free return process, but in this moment it is something that we do not offer.
Moreover the rule of no duties under $800 is valid only when shipping to US, and not when a package arrives from USA to Italy, so the italian custom might apply duties like in your case (€63,25 as confirmed also in the Fedex billing we provided you via email).

Weird stuff from their side, increasing the prices on items after collaboration with customer who shared a discount code of 30% off. Had an item in a chart before applying a discount code then suddenly the prices went up, as well wasn’t able to choose delivery options after a discount code just automatically more expensive option was added
