The bike is stable and safe as I am getting older. I wish there were more boost levels--not more overall but what is there divided up between maybe 4. I really have to travel on the 2nd level of boost with the gear at 6 to get any distance with each turn of the pedal. That uses up the boost faster. If I choose a lower gear, my arthritic knee is churning away and I do not get as far on a push of my leg. Still the low entry is great, and the design which lets my feet touch the ground while sitting makes it a safe choice.
