Ordered an Avocet Roto uPVC Door Handle 92pz 162mm Universal Replacement as my front door handle does not appear to be standard. Worked fine.

I bought replacement door handles for composite doors in May 2025. The service was excellent and the handles arrived pretty promptly and were just what I was looking for.

What was more impressive is how the company responded when I had a problem with one of the handles in February 2026. I emailed them a photo and they emailed right back saying they would send a replacement. It arrived the very next morning by Royal Mail tracked delivery. I think that is really first class.

It’s very easy to order the wrong replacement handle for a Upvc door. BUT GB DIY Store made it easy to get it right first time. Good price, swiftly despatched Thankyou!

Sent an email on Thursday at 1:30pm asking if they could identify a door lock part required. I Received a reply within 30 minutes asking for some photos, and sent photos of the part at 2pm. Received a reply within 10 minutes with a link to the part on their website. Ordered by 2:30 and delivered by Royal Mail 2pm Saturday. Door lock repaired by 3pm.

Had the awful experience of the sliding lock gearbox go on my front door and in today’s world can’t have a swing front door ! Tried all the usual high St suppliers and no luck,on the internet for ages found plenty much more expensive which wasn’t my worry just needed urgently ….suddenly GB DIY pops up ! Cheaper than anybody delivery next day by 10am …and it came ! Top Company GB DIY Store 👍
