Workstation laptop is perfect, runs well, spec is as I requested and I was able to discuss with the team by email prior if my requirements could be met regarding ports, size and capability.
While there was a delay due to demand I was kept up to date when I chased and have since ordered another for a family member.

the staff here respond quickly to questions. delivery was on time and the laptop seems ok.

I have just purchased a laptop for my grandchildren asked for a 15,6 inch screen, was really pleased when it arrived took a little longer about 4 weeks well worth the wait it was a DELL computer high specification and a great price looks like new no marks on it thanks guys

Waited a little time for my computer but when it arrived it looked brand new, made to my specifications. Jake from customer service was very attentive replying to any queries I had within 72hrs. Would thoroughly recommend the Gadget Centre

I'm really happy with the laptop, it seems just like new, but better! Battery lasts ages and everything works like it should. I'd use again, when I was being inpatient as it had been a few weeks I asked for an update and got one, but that's just me being impatient, mine took just over 3 weeks. I'd recommend.

Brilliant service was slightly concerned at first with the delivery delay but an email was received and and explanation expressed definitely definitely will recommend this company first class 👍

These guys are really good, the laptop came not only running like new but also looking like new with the wrap that they put on it. When I eventually need another laptop which hopefully won't be for some time I will definitely use these guys again.

The website says 5-7 days for laptop build. It took 24 days between buying and receiving. I wouldn't mind if it said it would take this long. However, the laptop is good, really good so far. Clean and fast.

Took a while to arrive, i contacted Jake a few times & he was quick to respond & very informative of the progress of the laptop, he informed me when it was ready & posted it Thurs & it arrived Fri at 07.30, when the laptop arrived it was like new, it was a Dell & I ordered i7, 16gb ram, 500 storage & it works perfectly, absolutely blown away with it, i would not hesitate to recommend Gadget Laptop's to anyone 😀

I received my laptop a few weeks ago and I must say you can't tell the difference as to whether it's a refurbish laptop or not.
It looks brand new. I can't thank you enough and will in deed purchase another one for a member of my family.

Looked for replacement laptop to get win 11 and looked at gadget centre which fitted the bill .Gave them my preferred specs and laptop duly arrived about ten days later , packaging damaged but not laptop.Laptop heavy , old model , made out of cast iron , but that ok , everything works as it should , only small gripe is the screen/ graphics card not as sharp as I thought it would be , but again I am not using it for graphics work / gaming. So all in all not bad atall

The DELL refurbished laptop I received has everything I requested on the build I asked for. Took about four weeks to arrive but they answered my email enquiry instantly when I asked for a delivery time. They said they were short staffed and waiting for parts. It was well worth the wait I would definitely use this company again.

Very cost effective way of purchasing my laptop. Also, very comprehensive ordering service, with the ability to easily personalise your required specifications. My one and only (small) negative was the ambitious delivery forecast (in my case).

The laptop is OK. Does what it says on the tin however:
# The 3 second launch is bogus. Mine takes much longer than that
# The 'top quality' mouse doesn't work on the mouse mat I was sent
# The mouse mat itself is cheap and nasty.
# They closed down their phone system as they were 'busy'
# Support is hopeless
# The instructions to upload your data are poor - I ended up paying a gut to do this for me
# The director graciously offered me a telephone slot to discuss these matters- then never called

I have been thinking of buying a new laptop for well over a year, as my old laptop started out as windows 7, but with all the windows upgrades, it was slower than a snail, sometimes taking up to 40 minutes just to start up.
I repeatedly saw Gadget Centre's ad on Facebook & thought its probably another scam, as with many Facebook ads. So I did some research to find out if they are legit, & yes they are.
I received my refurbished laptop around 3 weeks after placing the order online. I'm not tech savvy, but the online questions asking you for the type of usage was very handy & simple to navigate. The only thing it does not give you, is an option on the screen size, which is a bit of a shame, as my old Dell laptop had a 17 inch screen.
The start up time is as described in the ad & looks brand new. I would highly recommend them, rather than going to one of the big stores.
Would I buy from Gadget Centre again? Yes!
