Worst customer support experience

Genuinely such bad customer support that they put me off of everything buying anything again.

I used to rave about Blizzard support. However, in recent years they have gotten so bad they truly do not care about their customers anymore.

I have just had trouble making a payment for a pretty large order as their page is acting up, the response is to "try again at a later time" and they immediately end chat.

Couldn't be arsed to help a customer.

Worst shop ever

1 star is too much for this horrible website.
Ordered the war within collectors edition, almost 300 euro's with the expansive shipping cost.
Missing the envelope with the code to play the game, wrote an email, got an automatic response, called 3 times in the last 3 week since this is going on, there is nothing they can do, they started an investigation that can take 90 days and another company does those, and a code would have to come from another company too, but they made sure every box was checked, but they told me another company packs the boxes, so how can you check them?
You pay so much money only to not being able to play the actual game. They don't give discount codes or compansation, so why they even have a "support' line is just useless.
Last time i ever orderd from here, incomplete product missing the most important part, terrible service, horrible structure relying on different company.

Missing part from collectors edition-WOW

Reported I am missing a tail from a griffin statue that is part of the wow collectors edition. So far I have been asked to send photos to “prove” it hasn’t been shipped. Please tell me how photos of a now empty box and half assembled statue is going to prove anything??? I have paid £180 for this and the responses so far have been utterly pathetic. Asking for delivery notes and everything possible, rather than taking responsibility for a mistake that has clearly been made. Delivery notes are not provided as it is a courier delivery, the order number provided is more than enough information for you to find what information you need. It feels as though they are doing every delay tactic possible, rather than sending me what is missing. Utter rubbish and this will be the last time I ever order anything from this company

Terrible customer service

A recent purchase was delivered to the wrong house, was damaged and the delivery firm wouldn't re-deliver to the correct house. When trying to contact the Blizzard store for help i was met with more issues. The live chat agent was really slow and seemed to not want to bother with my issue. The same happened when trying to contact the phone support.
I was then asked to email...why? could the person on the phone not just take some details and handle my issue?

Quicte frankly diabolical service

Quicte frankly diabolical service. i had a frostmounre rpelica on order for ages. it got shipped. but then never arrivied at the courier, After weeks of complaining i never got an awnser. Did a chargeback which they constested. I ofc won.

Skip forwards a few months the same issue with The war within collectors edition. starts to ship then just grinds to a halt. No replacemtn ofeerd untill an investigation which never happens.

Blizzard Maintenance

So, Blizzard took down their servers today for about five hours for maintenance. The Diablo 4 product was, if anything, more unstable after the maintenance than before. Waypoints disappear, connection is lost frequently, and gameplay is often stalled for seconds when the the servers can't update the client in near real-time (what are challenge using current technology - cough, cough). Absolutely incompetent engineering. They are more than willing to take our money, and then provide a crap product in return.

Terrible service

Terrible service, ordered Helm of Domination, arrived quickly enough but unfortunately it arrived with damage too outer box packing, upon further inspection noticed damaged had gone through to items box inside. It's a £450 collectors piece so of course you want it to arrive in mint condition, not even opened box to check contents yet!
Contacted multiple times via chat to be told same thing "oh we can't deal with this via chat, we will need to transfer you to another department, they will contact you"
Have they contacted me??? Have they hell
Rang customer service number 1hr queue no answer so gave up, be warned for a company that is as big as they are you would expect excellent customer service

Less than 1 star…

Can you give less than a 1 star rating?!?! Wish you could. Pre-ordered an item and it never shipped. Support emails I sent were either ignored or completely unhelpful. I would not recommend ordering from this site. It's a disgrace to the Blizzard name, if that's possible.

This must be the worst “customer service” EVER

Hi it’s me, joining the club of receiving DAMAGED items WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS! I just received my order of the “World of Warcraft Spectral Murloc Glow in the Dark Funko PoP” from the EU Blizzard Gear store.

Both the inside of the Funko Pop box as the plastic holder of the pop are completely damaged, in such a way that it seems like the Funko Pop has already been out of its box before. The Funko Pop itself also has some damages on it.
As for fellow Funko collectors, I don't have to explain that the value largely depends on the quality of its box. The state that I’ve received this pop in, makes it worth ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

So, I filled in a complaint and attached 4 detailed pictures as proof, and didn’t worry at all, as this seems to be a very legit reason to get a refund.. you would think. Instead of an apology, a return on their costs and a new item to be shipped, they literally asked me 11 (!) points of additional information/proof, including a digital copy of my personal identification (???!!), and other personal details they could’ve easily find within my account.

They know very well that customers won’t agree with this so called “procedure”, and that this will cause people to cancel the return process. Perhaps it’s their intention to disencourage our returns in any way to begin with.

This “customer service” is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE for Blizzard’s name. Would definitely NOT!!! recommend to buy here, eventhough their exclusives are only offered here.

Blizzard Entertainment Store !???

Haven't got my order yet, Contacted Blizzard several times and they responded saying they're working on the issue. not sure if delivery suppose to take more then 2 months when is advertised should be delivery within a week and on website status of my order showing fulfilled.

*AVOID* - SUPPORT? WHAT SUPPORT?

*AVOID* - I never usually write reviews but this company is a absolute joke and are practising ILLEGALLY. I received items spending £250 ish and they were not as described. The pictures of the item they had on their website was different from what I received. (The site said a game was included and it wasn't!).

Anyway you would think they would offer a label for return but they didn't and said I had to ship out and they would re-fund me afterwards for shipping costs.

It has been 2 months and although they refunded me for the return of items, they still haven't refunded me for the postage I paid. I have a email of them advising to provide bank info so I could get paid back and now they saying they cant refund me the shipping costs???????

Its like the person who responding doesn't remember or read the whole email chain.

Furthermore inline with Consumer Rights Act 2015 this is illegal.

Their CS is worst than Wilson the Volleyball

I have bought tots of items from them, I already knew that their customer service is a joke. They havent refund me £200 from a delivery that I never received because EVRI returned it to them after one... failed attempt... I had to re order the items. one month later still zero refund from the returned items and my 2nd order still unfulfilled and now the items have been sold out.. it takes ages for them to reply and when they do they are full of blunt excuses... I end up getting the items from ebay for the same price... so yeh just go and dispute them with your bank. they will never refund you by themselves...

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Would not reply to my inquiries for an update on a lead time for delivery of my not-dispatched item. When I then requested to cancel, they then replied refusing to cancel, saying that I could return my call order for a refund. My undispatched, undelivered order. I got the same response after a new and escalated ticket. I’m well within my legal rights to cancel an order that has not been processed or dispatched. Had to pursue a chargeback with my bank, which went through immediately when I showed them to refusal of cancellation. I would never order from the Blizzard gear store again. The actual worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Terrible UK customer service

Terrible customer service, as a UK customer it takes days to get hold of anyone just to get blunt unhelpful replies. UK contact number on the site calls the US customer service who refuse to help or advise how to get in contact with the UK team and then hang up while you’re on hold. My preorder was delayed by months with little to no updates only after the original arrival date had passed. My order of over £1,000 has now been finally sent using Evri(Hermes) as the carrier that I previously contacted to request they used one of their other listed carriers while offering to pay extra to do so, unsurprisingly I’ve had three “delays” and it’s supposedly been sat at the depot that I’ve been unable to contact any service for and am not allowed to collect from. Every step of this process has been painful and unpleasant, and I haven’t even received my order yet…

Crap service - Avoid!

Crap service, ordered something on the 17th of November 2022 - after 5 months of radio silence (where I thought this was just awaiting pre-order) I reached out to find out that they have no intention of fulfilling the order and the item I bought is not/ is no longer for sale

Blizzard would have held onto my money had I not reached out to them, fairly unapologetic when confronted about it

Horrible customer service

Cheaping out on the packaging of a collectible copy of wow:Dragonflight resulted in it arriving with damages.

Customer service initially were apologetic and offered an exchange of the item or 30% discount on the order.
-only to turn 180 and basically tell me that the damage, in their opinion, was insignificant when I took them up on the offer. (Know your key demographic, Guys...)

I'd love to avoid this store like the Corona, but Blizz' apparently does not give a fk anymore and choses to only sell their collectible items through this store.

0/10 Won't recommend.

Shockingly bad customer service - borderline scam website at this point

I had ordered from the Blizzard store in the past a few years ago, but it looks like the entire store has been outsourced from Blizzard's control since then.

I placed an order for a WoW t-shirt a few weeks ago, and when I opened the package it was a completely different shirt. The tag on the shirt said it was supposed to be the WoW ducks shirt, but it was some kind of shirt with soldiers with skull masks on tarot carts (not even remotely the product ordered).

I tried contacting customer service through the chat and couldn't get any response for about 3+ hours. I tried calling and sat on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I have submitted a ticket through the contact form and not heard back, and have tried multiple times to use the chat. The few times I managed to talk to a human they said I had contacted the "EUR" chat even though I am located in Canada and the order itself was shipped to a US address.

I am currently trying to use the chat through a VPN in the US to see if that helps me get through to the appropriate chat. I tried reaching out to Blizzard support directly and they told me that I had to go through the Gear Store contact as Blizzard has no control over the Gear Store.

I am really struggling with how to get a resolution on this issue. I am afraid to do a credit card chargeback at this point as I am worried this will lead to my account being completely banned from all Blizzard games in the future which would be worse than being out the $30 I spent on the shirt.

I am completely disgusted at how bad this customer service is. Blizzard should read these reviews and recognize that the Gear Store provider is providing a completely inappropriate level of service to Blizzard customers and is inadvertently tarnishing the entire brand. I just wanted a silly duck t-shirt - not a kafkaesque customer service nightmare.

The package said it came from Legends Global Merchandise so my next course of action will be to start calling this company to see if I can get anywhere.

Avoid the Gear Store at all costs.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, I had to chase them so many times and never really got an answer that helped me or was useful in any way. The EU customer service is usually not available or you wait forever, the US customer services can't help you and so you end up wasting an awful long time for nothing. The order never arrived and in the end was cancelled because it was "out of stock". Apparently that takes them 2 months to find out. Then first they said it couldn't be reimbursed, so we had to chase them over the refund about 4 times. Save yourself the time and effort and buy somewhere else.
