I recently saved up and bought this guitar and it was fine until four days in the screw fell off from the strings which shouldnt happen. I was then unable to find that screw so I contacted costumer support who were very unhelpfull. It is unnacceptable how four days into owning this product that the screw fell off and its compounded by the fact that costumer support couldnt give me the specifcations of the screw. Will I be purchaseing from them again absolutely not. Based on my expierence I wouldnt recomend to my family or friends to buy from them.
