Scammers

Scammers. They advertised a Back to the Future Christmas jumper as being a "Chunky knit pullover sweater keeping you warmth in cold weather", it is still on their website described as such. When it turned up it was a cheap shiny polyester sweatshirt with the design printed onto it. I opened a case in PayPal for false description of the product and in order to get a refund I had to spend £16 sending it TRACKED, back to Vietnam, where Gearhuman refused to accept or sign for the parcel so they could deny I ever sent it back. PayPal sided with them and I lost my money. I will never buy from them again. The sweater ended up coming back to me again, I can't get rid of the damn thing. Also note their default copy and paste response below does not even acknowledge the problem, they really don't care.

- Produce: after you place your order, we will prepare to produce, the estimated time of this process is about 7-10 business days.
- Delivery: when the produce process finishes, your item will be packed and shipped. Estimated delivery time is about 10-15 business days.
Because we are a Print on Demand Cpmpany so we need time to produce and ship it out. There is also a blooming of COVID-19 again leading to the delay in shipment. We will keep following up with the shipping provider. Please do not worry.

I ordered three shirts size XL. I received 2 small and only one XL. It took almost a month to get besides. I will never order from them again. The small shirts were ones that I really liked. By the time I return them it will probably take 2 months and I will not deal with them.

Nonexistent Return Policy

I purchased an item based on the product picture and not the product description. It is not what I wanted and their return policy is nonexistent. I was willing to pay shipping back and to receive store credit instead of a refund and that was still not sufficient to accept the return. I will not be purchasing anything else from them.
Their copy/pasted responses to reviews is insulting. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Horrible - Do Not Buy

I bought 3 hoodies from here. They are horrible quality. All three have black stains on the inside. The material is shiney and all 3 of them smell like chemicals. The customer service is non existent. I reached out multiple times and just got the same canned response. I will never order here again.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away…

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from these people. I ordered a simply shirt a LONG time ago and have yet to receive it. Tracking it says it's still in China. I MAY get it or I may not. Who knows at this point as it's been so long I no longer have need of it and realistically, who cares. I've asked for a refund but haven't heard anything back from them.

So if you're reading this, then you've probably seen their response. Ignore it. It's a lie. They say that for EVERY negative review. Look at their responses and you'll see that they're basically identical. I've emailed their "support" email and have NEVER received a response. Like I originally said. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from these people. They give online sales a bad name and drive people to use the basic Amazon sales models. At least you know their legit...

BAD.

Bought 2 shirts for a gift that looked great on the website. When I finally received them...WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?? Good question, the material felt like a cheap tent, sure enough when I looked at the tag it said "INGREDIENTS: Super Soft High Quality Fabric"
I swear. They are TERRIBLE QUALITY AND LOOK CHEAP. Not sending it back as I don't want them having anything more to do with my bank account... AND-after the fact- I found it actually says on their website's Return Policy:
"Please Note: We will not accept the refund request if customer does not like our material." Wow.

A scam website

A scam website, i've been trying for 2 weeks to get my money back for items that were never shipped and now have to file a dispute with my bank. I'm assuming the positive reviews on here are fake from bots they created. My phone number and email have also had a massive increase in spam since giving them my information. Every hour I have multiple numers calling my phone labeled as "Scam Likely" by my carrier. Do not let them waste your time & money.

AVOID

AVOID! Thought I was buying from a company in America: turned out, item was supposedly shipping... from CHINA! I am still waiting delivery & my daughter's birthday gift missed her birthday by at least ten days now. Companies selling online should be required to note where their products will be shipped from... so buyers can avoid purchasing from them! As I said, "AVOID!"

Avoid, more or less a scam

I ordered an item, it came and it was completely off (they even asked for a design "tip" before I completed the purchase). In discussing with them, they said my computer monitor was off. I am trying to figure out how to work with them but they have no idea how to run a business.

They will come and post a thoughtful and helpful response to this review, their public eye is more important than taking care of their customers.

Look at their responses on here, all the same generic BS, just shows how much they really care

I ordered a 5x for my husband with…

I ordered a 5x for my husband with custom name. They sent me a 2x and my order doesn’t even show the customer name in which I placed and shows a XL on order. Everything was completely wrong and then they told me they sent what I asked for so they will correct it for me but then make me pay another shipping fee. Seems like a scam to me. Not satisfied at all. Shirt was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift

Seems like they intentionally default…

Seems like they intentionally default the size to small and then refuse to accept returns.. I ordered and immediately sent an email that the size was wrong and they wrote back that they don't accept returns even though i can show a screenshot that claims if it's the wrong size you can return the item.

Updated - they made it right!

****Updated to let everybody know, they shipped the right size, it has arrived and they were great. It was a hassle in the beginning, but they made it right. I'd buy from them again****

In the middle of a return and I've sent them two pictures; first one was the "wrong" format. The second is a PDF, which anybody with an internet connection can open and they say they can't open it because the file size is too large. If you're running a business and can't open files that are "too large" maybe you shouldn't be in business...

I ordered a youth large, they sent a youth small. I'll update once or if they decide to process the return on the error they made. Also, it takes over a month from order date and you have to prod them to give you shipping information.

DONT ORDER! Scammers

I ordered from them over three weeks ago. I paid for express shipping emailed them several times with the order number and never heard anything back. I called the phone number several times and went through to ringing for over a minute. As i kept calling it started to go quicker and quicker straight to voicemail. Worst company ever. Im disputing the order and payment method through paypal. An im going to someone else. If zero stars were possible, they would receive that rating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are way overpriced for the quality received. RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE. They do not allow you to return the product and you must pay shipping on both products to exchange (if they approve it). Customer service is appalling. Sizing is off. Shipping took over a month. Basically every aspect of a good company is lacking here.

Worst experience ever!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I searched this company for weeks before ordering, all said it was pretty good. I ordered a sweater for my husband in March. Website said I would have shipping information within 72 hours.. this was not the case. Which is fine since it was coming from Singapore. Then April came and heard nothing. So I called the company.. THE PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE!! So I emailed them and emailed them. Finally after spamming their inbox I finally got shipping information and they advised me that I would get it. It took almost two months to get my order! The sweater was not only not showed up with holes in the packaging but was very thin!!! I'm telling all my friends not to order from here as I will never! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered from gearhuman for the first time a couple of months ago and I never got my package. I never got notified that my packaged couldn't be delivered to my apartment address and after I tried to fix that, it never got delivered. Horrible company.
