Dont expect the worst

I ordered a hoodie off of them nd after reading the reviews here, I was expecting the worst, especially when it shipped from China. The delivery time after the 10 Day Grace period was fast (made it from China to the States on less then 24 hours) and the hoodie itself is awesome. I ordered the Simon 'Ghost' Riley MW2 hoodie and other then a little fading on the Union Jack patches, the graphics are as advertised. I ordered a size up and it fits perfect in the chest and stomach though the sleeves are a little long. Love this hoodie and I just might order from them again

Absolutely luv my hoodie

Absolutely luv my hoodie! The colors are vibrant, looks exactly like it does on the website. It's super lightweight & thin (which I personally enjoy) much better than bulky, & thick.
Shipping took quite a while, but once I got it, it was totally worth the wait.

Crap

Just like everyone else on here, my sweater took a very long time to arrive, when it did arrive I was terribly disappointed, I bought the George Patton hoodie and it doesn't look anything like the one on the website, the quality of material is absolute garbage thin plastic and the markings or patterns on the sweater don't align in many spots. I never leave reviews but for something this awful I felt the need to do my part in warning others. Spent almost $60 on something not worth $10. Don't be fooled by this crappy company.

Quality is beyond bad

Quality is beyond bad. Pullover/"Sweater" feels like 100% plastic for over 30 Dollar! This is some chinca crap right here.

Plastic Sweaters...

So, ordered in Mid November via Express. Took them 14 Days to process the order. Track and trace link only showed that parcel being announced but never actually mailed. After my next few mails it turns out that the parcel was lost so they sent it again.
All said and done the two sweaters arrived in January.
I kinda had to sit down after unpacking: the sweaters are milimeter thin and basically made of plastic. I did try to address the issue with customer support. After the third mail they informed me that neither the delayed delivery now the poor quality are reason to refund. Now my trash owns two rather pricy plastic sweaters...

Cheap products and worse shipping

Cheap products overpriced with terrible shipping. I ordered a sweatshirt at the beginning of November and it didn't arrive until today (Dec 21st)

It's cheaply printed on thin material. I can't believe this company is still in business. Simply awful

My package did not arrive

My package did not arrive. I received a fake delivery confirmation. When I reached out to the delivery carrier they did nothing. When I reached out to Gearhumans they did nothing. Terrible company with poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

Need to improve communication and sizing!

We paid for faster shipping and when our package arrived, it was missing an item for our grandchild for Christmas. The quality is good, but the communication avenues are not so good. The 3X sweatshirt we got today is too large! Sizing is confusing!

I ordered a Christmas hoodie from here…

I ordered a Christmas hoodie from here last year and it was terrible, i ordered an XL & what arrived was absolutely huge, id have fitted 3 of me in it & very poor quality fabric & the print was very faint & looked nothing like the picture so i returned it which cost me an additional €15 only for it to arrive back at my door 4 months later, so no refund at all, what a complete waste of time and money, i certainly will not be buying from here EVER again.

Is this the same company or not?

I agree. I also have sleeves that are 6 inches too long on a 2xl on a hoodie from last year. Is GearHumans the same as GearHuman from last year? They went from being in Canada to an address in TX and China, and I am also getting identical ads from Casespring..... What is the deal? I have 3 items in my cart and afraid to pull the trigger....

Pretty cool and unique

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

I usually don't write reviews but wanted to after my experience with Gearhuman. I ordered shoes, hoodie, beach shirts (some were custom), t-shirts, and even a tumbler. Takes about 3-4 weeks to recieve your order but well worth the wait! Fantastic products and excellent customer service!! I will be ordering more products in the near future : ) HIGHLY recommend!!!

Low Quality Graphic Shirts - Steer Clear!

I purchased one heraldic knight tee shirt. It took 30 days to arrive, and the graphics were blurry. I e-mailed the company immediately. They replied by requesting a photo of the outer packaging and photos of the blurry shirt. I complied immediately. They claimed not to have gotten the first set of photos, so I sent a second set. They confirmed receiving the photos but attached a boilerplate reply: "We want to inform you that return and refunds will be made from our side if we confirm that it is our fault. For example, the product is defective, lost, burnt or wrong measurements with our size chart." I received this boilerplate three times before I informed the company I would be posting a negative review if they didn't either refund or send a new shirt. I got no reply, so here's the honest review, along with the majority of others who have purchased from this disreputable company. Steer clear! The shirt graphics online are likely enhanced by cellphone technology. The actual shirts have very poor resolution.
