Had received a damaged bottle and Diane from the customer helpdesk got a new bottle sent out to me within a couple of days, great service will be back soon for my next order now knowing problems get sorted so promptly.

I have not received my order

Waited too long for shirt to arrive and when it did it had a cotton pull on the sleeve / shoulder joint. Still it was only bought for a certain event but won't be wearing it again.

Easy to order and delivery was quick and kept up to date.
The shoes were a gift and I’m told are exactly like some he already had that he’d paid more for so I have a happy father 😊

The shirt is at least 3 sizes too small even if it states "oversize shirt ". If you looking for oversize look you need to get 5 sizes up! There is no option for automatic return of exchange of the item. It's almost 2 weeks since purchase and received and asked for return/exchange still waiting for resolving of the issue.

The promo code for 50% off does not work so don't sign up for subscription if that is what you hoping to get.

Be mindful as operating from GMAIL email

Wouldn't touch this company again. I purchases a pair of walking trainers which apparently suddenly went out of stock after I paid for them, they failed to contact me stating this and I had to contact them to ask where they was, I was asked to accept a different colour from their uk warehouse and i would receive in a few days and that I would get a notification saying that it is on its way, I have had NO notification and still no walking trainers, I have asked yet again there they are or a full refund , still yet to hear back !!!!

I like purple. I like shorts. I like purple cargo shorts. I've bought 3 pairs! The material and finish is adequate for the price point. It would be nice to have some heavier material ones with strong stitching. But as with all reviews, would I buy again. Well, 3 pairs says yes.
