Purchased Tuxedo suit for the most competitive price online. I was expecting an average quality suit for the price I paid but I was pleasantly surprised with quality and fitting of the product. Delivery took around 12 days to arrive because it was coming from China but overall 10 on 10.

Was Not informed about Delay of items,until 2 days later I was Then informed via email (I have Also been recieving an Increase in Spam/Scam emails to My inbox Since I Shared it with You!?) due to national holiday in China.
Needed items in days Not weeks. Could Any Delays be Displayed Before Purchases Please?

I ordered some shoes for my grandad and they still haven’t turned up. So I wrote via chat sent the details etc over they said they have nothing with the order number or the name. I looked at the address and noticed it was incorrect and told them this but still unable to locate my parcel. Then they’re tried to tell me I ordered from a different company but when types in on Google the shoes only came up under their website! I will be going to the bank tomorrow to get a statement because how can you get a notification which states payment successful etc yet they can’t locate the parcel. UNLESS they’ve already sent the parcel out to the incorrect address and don’t want to pay for the pair to be sent to the correct place. I ordered these shoes on the 20th Jan were now on the 7th Feb. What a joke! Customer service is shocking

Order green camouflage boots however we received brown after emailin the company they offered to take them back as there was a mix up in order however when I read the Turms I released I would be paying to return them so decided to keep them I think people should be made aware that return is at the cost of the customer and not yhe company

I am requesting a refund. It’s not what it looks like on the web page. What suit comes packaged up like some sort of ASOS order where the suits is folded up like your regular T-shirt. I expected this to come in a hanger or something. The quality is very poor. You better off buying a suit of your local market. This product was straight from China .. Very poor quantity for that price you better off buy a suit from primark or Matalan or something.

one less star for no zip on boots, black boots are very cosy and keep my feet dry all for a great price,

the belt I order is really great and comfortable to wear and it's really good look I got no conplaint

Recently I had great experience with them. What I'm expecting i had received good quality.

Not good too long deliverd not same on pics

I found the quality was very poor and did not reflect what the images showed.

I bought a pair of shorts from this company. I've never seen such poor quality. The product is rubbish in every way. It is unwearable. I have sent messages and emails in order to return it. Its been 3 weeks and still no response.

Item was sold out and the only tried to contact me once, then never tried again until I contacted them to find out where my order was. Had to be refunded which I'm still waiting for.

, And they have a good customers service,I bought 2 suites with different sizes one of them it wasn't my perfect size so I contacted them to exchange it , they were humble and patience to telling me the process of the exchange, then I ordered shoe later for my wedding and I am excitedly waiting for them. And I will update with my exchange and New order.
