Honestly kinda forget about it until I somehow revisted the site: year 2020, after a month of order processing send mail and got no response, after 4 months of attempting any form of contact got nothing in return. Has been 2 years now order still "processing" and got no email from them. Highly likely to be a scam site would not recommend, support won't help you either.

Do not use this site EVER.... I have been waiting for Over 3 months for a set of ear buds that still have not arrived. I have emailed & called them repeatedly and still have not received a reply.

this company cannot be trusted. it will accept your payment and ignore repeated requests for info on shipment schedule and eventually my demand for a refund. for a measly usd 29.87?!!! there is just no excuse for this. never again!!!

Bought a Thermometer from this site on 22 March, they have just cancelled my order on 2 days ago (13th April), without any kind of explanation, no warning, just nothing, if I didn't check my account I won't even know it has been cancelled! It is just so convenience, right?

Then I will just left a bad review for every chance I got, conveniently!

Money Gone. It is an organised scam.
Platform must be blacklisted. Please don't get lured by low-price.

Ive bought these items ( shoes and 2 iq charging bases) in july 2019. We're in January 2020.
The tracking says the items came to where i live and went back to them.
I didn't receive them, I've tried contacting them many times and I dont get any reponse from them.
They now have my money and my items!!!
Don't buy from them!
They are scammers!

I did not get my goods. Never shipped. I sent them many emails, got ZERO answers. SCAM SITE. Due to lack of contact the refund is also impossible. I have to go through my bank to do that. I am lucky that paid with credit card and I can get$$$ back. hopefully. BE WARNED!

I ordered a Convoy flashlight. It never arrived, no tracking, no documentation, and no responses to my emails. Literally just took my money and that was that. Never shipped it. (it's been over a month, and the tracking info given indicates it was never shipped). Best I can tell the website is fully fraudulent.

Never respond! I pick wrong shipping method and I cant delet the order or change the method becouse ot them. I wrote a few messages but they didn't reply. Never EVER EVER!

i bought a Sabbat E12 TWS Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 back in july 5 but the item didnt come the tracking number doesnt work horrible service

Bad customer service! Find another place to order your stuff. I placed an order by mistake for an amazfit 2 watch thinking it was the amazfit +. 30 mins after placing the order I tried to cancel my order and followed the website instructions. I got 1 reply after trying to follow up for almost a week now. I don't believe I will get my goods or the money back.

It's a shame! They never sent the items and are not providing refund. I will surely report them to Police

What makes me most satisfied is that the price is affordable. The quality has not found any problems so far. In general, I am satisfied.

My smartphnone was shipped within 4 weeks, ok.
It has a defect so I wrote to the support, five times during five weeks. Only two feedbacks that another department will answer in two days. Nothing more in more than five weeks.
No I try to get my money back with the help of PayPal.

I don't understand how this phone was difficult for anyone to set up. In my opinion that some people must not have known what they were doing or just isn't familiar with MIUI at all. I set this phone up within 15 minutes and all my notifications work, I get no ads, and everything works perfectly on Cricket/AT&T. I also don't know what happened with the others who claimed they didn't receive a phone but I definitely (obviously) received mine within 2 days as promised and I love it. The screen quality is great, the camera is great and improves majorly when/if you download the GCAM apk for it. The speaker is nice and loud, not very tinny, and had some decent mid-range sounds to it. Bluetooth works great, it charges up nice and fast, feels good in the hand, face unlock works great and I didn't even have to set my region to get that to work. It's just a really really good phone all around and at a affordable price you really can't beat it. I've had several phones from Xiaomi and this one is quickly becoming one of my favorites, for sure. Buy it - you won't regret it

Although it was not shipped from my country, the logistics was very fast. I received my goods in advance than I expected and was very satisfied with the pre-sales consultation and excellent service.
