the price is not the cheapest, but the product is original and its service is good too, fast shipping to my country!

This shop works absolutely dubious.
The ordered headphones, Lenovo Air, arrived after 30 days, but the right earphone is defective, has a disturbing noise.
Twice I got after a few days answer to my mails, then nothing more.
Will reclaim my money at Paypal.

Ordered an item on June 1st. Never got shipped. No update from the seller. Contacted the customer care several times but never got any reply. Finally got the refund through PayPal. Worst online shopping site. Please beware before placing any order.

They claim an item is in stock - then after the purchase, you have to wait for weeks to get an order shipped

AVOID- Never ever buy from this website, Lots of hidden charges they never refund you .
My order was USD 20.80, From AUD It was 31.25. They charged from my bank AUD 50.80.
Lots of conversion charges from USD to AUD and the GBR to AUD as their merchant uses GBR,
They did not bother explaining or refunding .
Avoid completely this website , ripping off. AVOID

Bad experience, they advertise "NO Customs cost " and after a very long time shipping 4 weeks you have even to deal with the customs and waste of time and money !! Never again dear Gearvita even because your products are not cheap and you can find the same with european garanty and good assistance

Like others said, selling items that are not in stock. Customer service is nonexistant so you are stuck with no refund, no nothing until they choose to reach out to you. Already sent many emails with no responses.

From Europe shipping with priority-pay for it extra-and the package came with taxes and customs which i had to pay to receive it because they told me that its impossible to accept it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They only said to me to share the tax,eventhough it was their mistake,never ever going to buy again from there.......

I wasn't satisfied with gearvita.
I had problems with my ordered product.
And the only thing gearvita offered to me was to send it back. But sending it back would cost me 25% of original price which isn't disproportionate to the fact that I just used the product a few times in 3 months.
My recommendation is to search for an alternative shop.

Based on their details about HR7 smart watch at their esite. I purchased it from them to be delivered in Singapore as it was not delivered in India. I find the product a very substandard one
as battery back up is pathetic and needs charging twice in a day that too when the use is minimum. No GPs is working and the operating software is very slow. Above all all the efforts to contact the supplier or the the gearvita have not been useful as these people are simply misguiding. I have no idea now what to do with this product and I feel myself deceived by the gearvita.

If it already goes wrong by GearVita being unable to send me a verification email (I tried multiple email-addresses), which you need to create an account which in turn you need to make any order, while their only means of support is through email: never mind then.

Very fast shipping. Their support surprised me, very good staff. In my opinion is a new store for buying without doubts and problems.
