I placed an order in November for $101 for three golf ball monogram stamps. They never came. I reached out multiple times with no real answers. They finally admitted that the package was lost and offered to send it again. This was in January. I asked for a refund since they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. And I have not heard back from them. Do not order from this company.

An error occurred during the first submission, but communication was very straightforward and the correction was made without any problems. Thank you!

I ordered hoodies with pictures of my father who died. They look amazing! My little brother's hoodie came a little bit delaminated, I emailed the photos and they replaced it very quickly! Excellent Customer Service 😊

I ordered online. They were having problems, told me they were having problems and said to order again, I did. Next thing you know, I got billed twice. I told them the issue and they they couldn’t do anything about, so I got 2 items twice and got billed for it twice and they wouldn’t do anything about it

Poor customer service with poor choice of delivery service. On December 16, 2025, I placed an order for merchandise. The order was marked as delivered on January 4, 2025. Upon receiving notification of delivery, I checked my front door and yard but could not locate the package.

I subsequently reviewed the proof of delivery on the Yanwen website, which showed a photograph of a hand in a vehicle and indicated personal acceptance.

I contacted Geckocustom, the seller, who offered to replace my items for a fee of $55. I expressed concern that this would result in paying $4 for jackets to receive only 3, and that I would miss the event for which they were intended. I have since attempted to contact Geckocustom again, but I have not received a response.

This was my second shirt. I made one for myself and it was such a hit, my wife had me make one for her. It turned out amazing as well. The design interface is easy to use and works perfectly. I could use almost any pic of my daughter and it removed the background exactly. I could then move, reduce or enlarge each photo. I also loved how you could choose the colors of not just the shirt, but each type of flower or leaves. There’s no other vendor that even comes close to the personalizations offered. The price is excellent for what you get. I’ve recommended GeckoCustom to all of my fellow volleyball parents to help torment our daughters 😆

Wow! What an amazing gift for my husband. The images of our French Bulldog were life- like. The shirt material was so soft and very well made. The fit is true to size and the shirt washed well with no shrinking. The most impressive part of this company was the communication. From the day I placed the order to the day it was delivered I received updates to track my package. The GeckoCustom CEO emailed me to inquire about my satisfaction with the order! That’s exceptional customer service. I will order again soon as these items make perfect gifts.

The pullover sweater I bought was just beautiful. My son-in-law just loves it. The quality is perfect as is the logo.

I placed an order two weeks before Christmas and paid extra to have it delivered by 12/22. The item was specifically Christmas-related for my mom, and I was so excited to receive it and give it to her on Christmas. I kept tracking it and eventually found out that it was NOT going to get there by Christmas. I reached out to their customer service immediately asking for help. They were SUPREMELY unhelpful. One person said she was going to "personally look into this and get back to me" and she never did. Another customer service rep named Rachel kept sending a generic "we ask for your patience during the holiday season" email. I asked 3 times for a refund on my shipping, because like I said, I paid extra for it. Again, three times, a "we ask for your patience" email. The order didn't arrive until 12/29. I asked 3 times to get my shipping fee refunded, and she never addressed doing this at all, even though I asked for the matter to be escalated. When the item arrived, it was actually really cute. Had they acted promptly, done their due diligence and acted in good faith and returned the shipping costs, they could have had a customer for life. How unfortunate. For such a nice product, they have really lousy customer service.

Everyone was wonderful keeping me in the loop and my bosses loved it - it was the talk of the town!

The quality of the materials used is very good and both items came exactly as pictured. A little better, even! I have already ordered another item for a Valentines gift. The shipping updates are also very helpful.

Terrible customer service. I copied and pasted the address for it to be mailed to. It was mailed to the wrong address. It was a gift for a friend that just lost her dog hoping it would be there by Christmas or soon after. Once I got the confirmation it had been mailed. I saw they shipped to the wrong address. I sprung it into action contacting the post offices in the area. In the meantime emailing The company that told me I needed to take care of it. I sent and am still sending them all the updates. I had tracked down and they still are in the dark, repeating back to me the information that I sent to them.
They might be able to print a T-shirt and and process your payment but they’re idiots for customer service. I should say the lack of customer service👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 companies like this are the reason people are weary to order online.

Placed an order on December 3; It is January 6 and I still do not have the merchandise, which was supposed to be Christmas gifts. The tracking information they sent worked some days but not others; I had to continuously email them to check tracking. I give one star because a subsequent order I placed on Dec 7 has arrived (albeit after Christmas) and the quality of the pajama pants was quite good.

The customer service, I appreciated the prompt response to questions I emailed regarding my order.
Also, the items I ordered came out great. The person I gifted the items to is SO happy with them! I'll be ordering again.

Absolutely awful experience. This company’s rating should be 1 star. What a scam. It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received the item. GeckoCustom claims it was delivered and gave me a USPS tracking code. I reached out to USPS and they say that the tracking number was for an Amazon package and stated that GeckoCustom was a scam. I requested a refund from GeckoCustom and they are refusing to refund me. Total scam.

The custom pajamas were as advertised. They look GREAT with the dog's picture and name printed on them. The gift recipient loves them.

Highly recommend. Was looking for a fun gift for my husband who loves to golf. I thought it would just be like a gag gift, I couldn’t imagine it working as well as it does . He loves it and got a kick out of it ! The stamp comes out perfect on the ball.
The customer service was also extremely helpful and responded very quickly !! Would definitely be ordering again !!
