I ordered 4 custom pieces and the process was very easy to follow! I received my package in 10 days. I reached out to customer service and they were very punctual and attentive to my needs. They answered every question and the emails and tracking were so easy to follow!

Terrible. Ordered weeks ago for Christmas. It just keeps stating it is in transit. The customer service agent always signs the same name. This is based out of CHINA even though it states company is NY. DONT BUY - who know if will get tariff fees too.

SCAM! Be aware. I ordered and my delivery took weeks….coming straight from china. Once I received my item it looked nothing like what was advertised. Customer service is non existent. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for custom items. Would upload photos if allowed

Pleased with fabric, images. Pockets were not completed, leaving fabric gaping revealing skin.

Best customer service ever! I made a mistake when adding the name to my personalized item and didn't notice until about 3 hours after their editing time frame. I reached out to them to see if it could fixed and they were able to do so! I was beyond relieved. The sign is awesome! Great job GeckoCustom

Love this company. I had many choices when trying to find the right gift for my sister. I loved the choices they had available. My sister loved her PJ pants with her fur baby on it. They are well made, soft and just has cute has can be! Even though I ordered late for Christmas, my item was easy to track and arrived in time for Christmas. Thank You Gecko!

I ordered the pj pants with our dog’s pic on them for my partner. She loves them! They’re nice quality and she says they’re super comfortable. They came in time for Christmas. This company sent several emails to stay in touch regarding finishing of the pj’s and shipping.

I ordered my parents custom hoodies for Xmas presents on Dec 9, they advertised “order now” to receive by Christmas. When my parents still haven’t recd their gift a few days before Xmas, I contacted Customer Service advising there is no tracking info on my order. Each time I received a response saying “order tracking takes 5 to 7 days to update.” This was no help. Finally, order tracking was updated on Christmas to show that my gifts we actually SHIPPED on XMas. My parents still have not received.

It came just in time for Christmas ... the quality was great and my husband even wore them to our friends house for Christmas dinner ... they were quite the hit*

I was so pleased with how the picture I sent to you turned out. It was a picture of my Grandson and his new wife after their wedding. It was made into an ornament for them for Christmas, but I’m sure it will not be put away with rest of decorations. They loved it so much it’s going to be displayed all the time !

I placed an order a month before Christmas and didn’t receive half of my order. It is past Christmas and I have written the numerous times about my missing orders and may have not been able to get it correct. I have sent them screenshots of my order.. I have specifically written exactly what is missing and they continue to get it wrong. They have sent me custard items with my photos that I did not order and now they keep asking me to send them emails of exactly what I’m missing although I have done that numerous times. My Christmas gift has turned into a hassle. I was never worth it.

Product was excellent and the customizing was done well

I ordered two pairs of pajama pants for my son and his girlfriend. I was a little skeptical and didn’t set my expectations too high; however, the items turned out exactly as the mock up showed them. I also sized up to be on the safe side, but they run pretty true-to-size. (Being that they’re pajamas they have a string and can be adjusted, so they’re still perfectly fine.) I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had pockets. I’ll definitely be purchasing in the future!

I ordered a Hawaiian shirt with a custom photo of myself on the front and back. The colors were vivid. The photos were clear and the manufacturing was excellent. I will order another one from them.

I ordered custom mugs from Geko Custom on 12/6 because the website clearly stated I would receive them by 12/18. That delivery promise was the only reason I placed the order.
After purchasing, my order was repeatedly delayed. When I reached out, I was told that custom items “take a long time,” which directly contradicts the delivery date they advertised at checkout. If production times are longer, that should be communicated before customers place an order—not after payment is taken.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, with no clear answers or accountability. This experience feels misleading and frustrating, especially for time-sensitive gifts.
I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to wait far beyond the promised delivery date and deal with poor communication. I still have yet to recieve my purchased items!

I wouldn’t buy from here again, I’m only giving two rating because I haven’t received the cup yet but, from looking at the reviews I’m abit anxious , it’s a Christmas present , spent £30 on it, I ordered it week before Christmas, and guess what… still isn’t here , I couldn’t even cancel it because just as I emailed, they magically “ shipped it “, we will have to wait and see what it looks like .

I bought my husband a pair of pj pants with his pups face on them for Christmas. Not only did they get here in a reasonable amount of time but they were exactly as described. My pups face is clear and the picture came out perfect! He absolutely loves them.

I ordered a Route 66 shirt for my guy with his 72 Buick and it looks great. It lines up so well in the front with the buttons and picture. My rating was four stars because two of the buttons didn’t line up with the buttonholes, but that’s easily fixed. We will order from them again.

The website was easy to use, I love that I received an email to double check my design and the customer service was great. Also quick shipping. My husband loved his gift 😊
