Fock these scabs. they overcharged, some things didnt show up, says im eligible for a refund, however there is no way to contact them to get it. dead ends, stonewalled. scammers, thieves. also, a friend ordered an ultrasonic rodent chaser. i opened it up and the electronics INSIDE of it..... werent there. they sold her an empty plastic box that plugged into the outlet

Ordered a motorcycle audio system with rush shipping. Supposed to arrive on the 11th, tracking states it's in the same location since the 9th. Contacted Customer Service and was sent a generated response claiming that it would arrive on the 13th, and if it didn't, I would receive a REFUND. When I requested the refund, the generated response was that I've had multiple refunds request and I will not be receiving a refund.
Their whole business model is a complete SCAM.
This whole company is a bunch of scam artists and disreputable sellers using deliberate stalling tactics while keeping your money. I recommend that NOBODY use this company or their sister sites WISH or BANGGOOD. They will steal your money and if you do happen to get an item, it will be cheaper than the trash you win at a carnival.

Should be zero! I spent money on an electric bike but I wish I hadn't. I kept getting messages and a picture of the bike I bought or thought I did. My electric bike turned out to be a rubbish bicycle light. There is a big difference between a light and a complete bike. Do NOT! ever waste even a penny with Geek-Wish as they are a total con and should be closed down and banned from trading.

I ordered a shirt and the friggen design is crooked and off center. It’s garbage. Too bad I can’t leave 0 stars

Generaly most of the items I ordered I got (some small orders for 1 USD were never refunded), also in very short time. Unfortunately, most of electronic they sell that is typical Chinese s.... Cell phones, SD cards not work properly (even nice packing and good esthetic quality) . I decided do not spend any 1 more Euro for their goods. It is not worth Andrzej from Poland.

I ordered an android cell phone. It took forever to arrive, but finally did. It's a beautiful phone with great features. I was very happy once it arrived, couldn't wait to activate it with my carrier. Brought it to T-mobile, they couldn't activate it, wouldn't accept a Sim Card. AT&T, Sprint, Boost, cricket as well. Finally it was VZW that said my phone is an international phone. They called it a Samsung knock-off, suppose to look like one but isn't a Samsung. Anyway I'm stuck with a phone I can never use. I wrote to Geek Wish n they said to click on the item in my purchase history to indicate the issue but suddenly the purchase isnt even listed and the return window is closed. I did take a copy of the purchase history to show this us legit. THIS PHONE COST ME ABOUT 140.00. I'M NOT HAPPY.. I canceled my account...WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE....They deserve zero stars. In fact the sellers business isn't even listed under cell phones anymore unless they changed their name, who knows. I'm going to let everyone know what scum they are.

I purchased a watch, which was faulty. I returned it on recorded delivery. The item was signed for by one of their guys, but I still haven’t received a refund and I’m just going in circles with the customer support team. Just keep well away from these lot.

I ordered a set of colouring pen as a present for my nephew and a few other items that were advertised as £1 on the website which total'd less than £20 altogether , but after i put in my card details & pressed the buy button the price changed to £102 which is what i have been charged for these £1 items, i tried to cancel this order with in minuets of it going through. but was refused by the site admin. altho i have given this a one star rating, really this site has zero stars I have just received this & altho it was advertised as 100 pen set i recieved 1 single colour pen for more than £100

Cheap rubbish. Bought 2 drones that claimed to have gps. All singing all dancing. Both flew away at first flight and non of the features work..impossible to get refunds from geek or wish. Avoid the website at all costs. It is cheap for a reason, the stuff from there is tat

Never had any problems with this website, geek.wish, every item arrived (first time I bought something 2 years ago). I saw all those bad reviews and I was truly suprised. But I live in Europe, that may be reason why I do not have any delivery problems. I ordered some stuff last month, and received everything. I was afraid it won´t come in time (it supposed to be christmas gift), and came now,1 month later. I am satisfied

Ordered from wish and half my order never showed up they gave me refunds. So was done with wish. Now I ordered from geek and the stuff I ordered either showed up broken or didn't show up and they will not help

WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT....
I ordered 20+ items yesterday ...paid for all those items and now have received an email stating that these are now being refunded because they weren't ordered in time WOW... what is going on there .... so out of all those Items i have 1 confirmed.... with a whole list of refunds... this is only the second time I have shopped here and once again nothing but Disappointment ... so much for 2nd chances... well there will be NO 3rd chance thats for sure.. what is the point in ordering items from an online shop when all they are going to do is either send you the wrong size or refund you 99% of your order???? total waste of time.

Ordered goods and during initial stages of COVID-19 I was told to wait as goods were taking longer to ship. Goods never arrived and when I asked for refund I was told return and refund period of 30 days from receive date has passed. As goods never arrived at all I told them that return and refund period does not apply, still trying to get money back and PayPal indicated that 3 months has passed therefore dispute no longer applies.

Ordered and payed for a smartphone, NEVER received it!!
Well, finally received a full refund from Geek so all sorted now...

Was going to purchase product from this company but never used them before so thought I had better check them out. Am I glad I did. Thanks to everyone for their comments possibly saved me time & money, will not be buying from Wish.

Back when orders actually arrived. Before it was a scam I loved buying things but now it's just a waste of time nearly €150 spent in 6 months and unfortunately all refunded because after months of Waiting nothing ever came.

they suck. I do not receive and item and after 2 months wish refunded me only the shipping and asking to wait few more weeks for the item.. Afdter5 months of waiting they claim that the item is not longer available for refund due to time limit. WARNING!!! THEY PROTECT THE SELLERS ONLY. YOU AS A BUYER WILL LOOSE!! MY mistake was because i paid them with a gift card not a Credit Card. I will not deal with them anymore. This is the 2nd incident with them...

Have just received the final item of my "Wish" order well over two months after it was scheduled to arrive. Not really surprised since everything about this company is second rate! There were five items in the original order.The one item that had inspired me to make the order,it seemed to be a bargain at £1 for the item and £1 for postage,was immediately cancelled by Wish saying it was no longer available at this price and the £2 was repaid to my account!The arrival of the remaining items ,which were not so cheap and carried a substantial postage charge,took place at irregular intervals over the next three months. No two items arrived on the same day! The final item,a pair of shorts,has just arrived! Like the previous three items, the shorts are cheap looking and shoddy. They look nothing like the items that I ordered such a long time ago! There are two pockets on the shorts, each one has a zip. That would be okay if the zip actually closed the pocket but it is half way down the pocket and ,as far as I can see, fulfils no conceivable purpose! I would strongly advise anyone planning to make a purchase from this company that they should think again!!!!

I took a wireless mouse by a wish local store.... cheap and quick . No problems!
