Fast shipping, great customer service
I bought a set of Tronsmart Apollo Bold earphones, shipping was super fast and product high quality. They malfunctioned after a couple of weeks and they resent another set in a few days, so customer service is 10/10. Will buy again from this site!

AWFUL- DAMAGED GOODS
My ebike arrived with plenty of scratches and the electric power input was damaged. I ordered a brand new bike and received what appeared to be a return or a bike that was damaged whilst being assembled in the factory?
After reporting this to the seller, I received a response suggesting I keep the bike in exchange for a £40 refund to avoid me paying to return it - no way!
I have reported this to PayPal and I look forward to this item being collected and a full refund!

Was nervous spending nearly £1000…
Was nervous about spending nearly £1000 for an ebike on a strange site, but after hours of trying and very vague messages, gave up.
Helpdesk not much help either, glad now that I failed, would not even buy a duster from them!

Worse experience!
Do not buy anything on this site. I bought a sameday electric bike that works very well. Unfortunately on the second purchase (kugoo scooter S10) I was not so lucky. The battery broke down in less than 1 month and I found that their customer service is really bad. In addition to not giving a solution, they also said that if the product is not as new it will not be reimbursed in full. Use Amazon, don't be harmed like me. Order No: 5423630

Guys,
I bought a ebike from the guys, things went quite for a bit, so I got worries and wasn’t sure what was going on. I emailed the team, opened a ticket and sure enough the guys were AMAZING in response and sent me all the info that I needed. Normally I don’t write reviews but this is a special occasion I suppose.
