A very good shop with a professional service03

My parcel took 4 months to receive from the time I paid it. I understood very well the cause and it is due to the pandemic. Doing follow ups on my order by contacting the Customer service thru email gave me assurances that my order will surely come but will take time. The service attended to my queries fast and helped me to do the next steps especially after being informed that my parcel is already at the local customs. Overall, it went well.

I chosed the wrong warehouse, and saw just after I just placed the order. The person from live chat, helped me without any issues. Very promptly and friendly. I appreciate it, especially when nowadays this type of custumer service is not so easy to find. Definetly will buy again :)
