This was my first time buying from Geekbuying and I'm pleasantly surprised. I found the support to be responsive to questions about my order (5253173) once I created tickets, and they even agreed to change the shipping process to one that would be faster. If I had to pick an area of opportunity or two, the first would be to update the delivery time on their website during checkout, and the order processing time at two weeks was much longer than the 1-2 days noted during ordering. But this could be due to Covid or possibly politics. Once I get my order in my hands I'll look forward to buying something else.

With regret registered Airmail shipping company couldn't ship the package to mycountry due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease .Well, in ticket I proposed to be sent free of charge by DHL and thanks to agent Sophie my request was accepted. I think that's a good customer oriented company. Thank you
