Ordered and received a loungefly bag in less than 48hrs. Absolutely 0 complaints. I've had this particular loungefly bag on preorder from a popular well-known music/merch company who has held my money for FIVE months and still has no info on when I'll receive it. And yet I order the same thing on Geekcore and its here in 2 days!! Will definitely use them again. Easy, stress-free experience.

I cannot fault the customer service from geekcore. I missed out on a loungefly bag last year and fast forward to recently, I got an email notification that the bag was back in stock with geekcore.

I'd already had a pre order with another company for the same bag who also spontaneously got it back in stock. The problem was, this company didn't have the physical stock as they were waiting to get word from funko. So my money was just sitting with them for a number of months while I patiently waited. Which was fine - but I was getting a bit sick of waiting.

I reached out to geekcore after I'd placed my order and asked if they had the actual physical bag in stock as this was an order rather than it saying a pre order.
They reached back out very fast, and confirmed they did. They were friendly and human from the start. So I cancelled my pre order with the other company, especially since I was able to use a 10% discount with geekcore compared to them.

Unfortunately when my first bag arrived, it had defects on it. I reached back out to geekcore and, due to this being a high demand limited edition bag, I wasn't expecting them to have further stock to replace it. To my surprise, they told me they still had stock of the bag. They offered me an exchange or a 15% partial refund. I gladly accepted the exchange and they sent clear instructions on how to process the free return. A few days passed after I returned the bag and I reached back out to them as I hadn't heard anything, and was worried about losing the bag altogether. They were very apologetic for the delay and sent me my new tracking number.

Unfortunately the second bag also had defects on it. I highly doubt this has happened because of geekcore, and suspect it's funko that's been the problem. I didn't want to risk exchanging again, and after telling them about this again, they very kindly offered me a 20% discount this time which I gladly accepted.

Brilliant customer service from the off and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Great experience, I'm an impulsive buyer and have been after some pirate's of the Caribbean merch for ages. So after a quick Google I found this 1/2 loungefly Disney bags on geekcore. Did a quick trust pilot search and was impressed with the reviews so I took the plunge and ordered the bag I wanted. Wow! It arrives the next day and it's all perfect quality if not better. Will definitely be returning for more nostalgic and collectable gifts.

If you're a Disney fan and love everything Disney related i recommend Geekcore they have a huge selection of backpacks, handbags, tote bags and purses all themed. The order process is simple, the delivery service is quick and the products are so much better than the pictures. I recently purchased a Tinkerbell handbag, it's beautiful, a Mickey and Minnie tote bag with matching purse both of which are amazing quality. They are gifts and I know the recipient will be thrilled.

I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife and saw the Nightmare Before Christmas Zero hoodie on Geekcore, so ordered one.

It arrived the next day, so super quick delivery and the item is actually nicer than it looked in the pictures.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered a Loungefly bag and matching purse and everything was perfect. Both items arrived exactly as described, beautifully packaged, and in flawless condition.

Very fast delivery & excellent customer service , I buy loungefly backpacks regularly & have never been disappointed

Had an issue with the delivery (tracking showed the package was still waiting to be handed to Royal Mail for over a week). I emailed GeekCore on a weekend for an update and they promptly responded on the next working day. Even thought I simply asked for an update with no pressure, they stated that the package appeared lost in transit and immediately ordered me a replacement that arrived without any issue. I’ve never dealt with a company so willing to immediately rectify a problem outside of their own direct control - very satisfied customer :)
