extreme delay in delivery of items. completely unacceptable

Worst delivery took one month size didn’t fit and no exchange provided for another product

Worst delivery and customer service. I placed my order on 2nd May and didn’t receive it until 24th May, and that too only after I had to chase them multiple times on their WhatsApp number. No proactive updates, no proper communication, just complete indifference.

Waiting over three weeks for a single t‑shirt is absolutely unacceptable. To make it worse, the product quality is strictly mediocre, definitely below average for the price they’re charging. Totally not worth the money, the wait, or the hassle.

It took 25 days to get delivered, but the fabric quality was really premium and the color looks great. The only issue was the sizing. I ordered both M and L, but the difference between them was negligible, only the sleeve size was different. Other than that, it's a 10/10. Go for it!

I didn't receive the color and the size I chose and delivered very late. Customer service should be fast and prompt.

Don’t fall for the scam, the sizes aren’t standard. They’ll intentionally send a smaller size and then you either pay 150 for exchange or 250 to keep the item. Don’t fall for it. There’s a reason there aren’t many comments, they keep deleting.

The order will take atleast 2 weeka and you’ll never get the right order coz they got to make you pay another 150/250

I ordered t-shirts, I received a bit late but the quality was really good! At first I thought that is scam but no, it is not.

Hi, my name is Vibhu. I ordered a T-shirt from a clothing brand called Geek O Teek, with Order ID 28044. I placed the order on April 13, 2026, and even after 10 days, I hadn’t received anything.

I contacted them through the WhatsApp icon on their website, which honestly seems fake, and the person there told me that my order would be dispatched the next day and delivered within 8–10 working days. I waited for a few more days and followed up again, and then he said that the package was lost by the courier company and they would resend my order.

This kept happening repeatedly, with false promises of dispatch, until I finally received the package on April 26, 2026. At that point, despite all the frustration, I thought at least the T-shirt had arrived. But when I opened the package, my frustration increased tenfold. The quality was extremely poor—honestly, I could have gotten a much better T-shirt from a local store like Vishal Mega Mart.

These brands show flashy Instagram reels claiming you can start a clothing brand for very little cost, but the reality is completely different. The product quality is terrible.

When I immediately asked for a refund, the person said they have not a refund policy but instead offered an “easy exchange only for you,” which clearly shows how untrustworthy they are.

I request everyone to value their hard-earned money and avoid purchasing from such fake websites. You will only end up wasting your money.

Got very poor Quality tshirt that too 12 Days Later i placed the order.

Tshirt was very thin , feels like very Low quality Garment , and after very first wash print borders got started peeling off & tshirt got Faded.

And Tried to connect the customer care ,only 1 time they got connected and my problem is still not solved yet and customer care also not responding...

It's been 14 days still haven't received my order. When asked they literally told me -
"We are really sorry for the delay in your order.
Sir, your order was dispatched by us and was out for delivery.

But due to a technical reason, your order was lost in transit by the courier partners.
Please be assured that a fresh order will be dispatched by us by Wednesday".

Almost Everything with this website is a scam.

Product quality is very low.
If you try to exchange a product they ask for extra 150 rs charge.
There is no option to return a product if its damaged.
Once the order is placed they dont let you cancel it.
Customer support is absolute mess, felt like harassment when i tried to get my issue resolved.
The product photos they show on website are photoshopped and actual product is way below expectations.

I am writing this review to help other avoid such scams which run on instagram ads.

Not genuine with product quality and services. Damaged product received, not resolution provided… customer support sounds like a scam… would not recommend for anyone… on top of all these their print quality is also not that great…
