I absolutely adore this website!

I absolutely adore this website!! There’s a fantastic range of products, something for everyone! I’ve ordered loads of things and it’s always been fast delivery. Can’t complain about anything!

amazing

I haven't been with this amazing company for longer than about 3 weeks now and I have fallen in love with every order I have had the joop wax melt is my favourite ( I know it's mens) but omg it's amazing. my kids are in love with the toys they have had. and my husband is in love with his chef hat. service are amazing and I love all products and love being a rep thank u so so much

Hello, our company is not ran on Facebook by one lady. We have never had any information from your regarding any commission and our customer service team have never heard of your name. Please can you email us at admin@theluxurygiftboutique.com so we can get more information about this.

Having looked into your order further we can see you placed 2 orders in someone else's name and the orders where delivered. You also opened a PayPal claim and claimed that your partner was doing claim backs. You arent honest with your review. We have tracked your IP address to your partners PayPal which you have used to pay for your items. Please delete this review or we will take this further.

Advertising something they don’t…

Advertising something they don’t actually sell and not telling me til I’ve ordered and paid for it and now still waiting for a refund!

Sorry about the issue with the bag. We did sell it it's just simply not in stock no more. Your refund has been issued and can take up to 7 working days to clear. Sorry about any inconvenience this caused the website was updated as soon as we realised it was still listed. We did offer you a very similar bag what was more expensive and offered to give you it with no extra cost.
