This review is an update on the previous bad review that i written 6 days ago. ( order# GT91163) Today I received my 2 wigs. I must say that I do like them. However the red wig is more spice orange color but I can still rock with it. My major issue with this company is your very poor customer service. I would like to order again but I'm scared. I ordered the Curtain Bangs Glueless…
I ordered the Curtain Bangs Glueless Layered Cut Wavy Brown Ombre Wig, advertised with 180% density, curtain bangs, and a brown ombre color. What arrived was a completely different product. Flat brown with no ombre, virtually no bangs (just a few sparse strands), and density so low the lace cap is visible through the hair when worn.
When I contacted Geeta with photos, they told me the product was "manufactured exactly to my order specifications" and that the model in their photos had simply "professionally styled" the wig. They offered me $15 compensation.
Their own listing advertises a 30-Day Fast Return policy, yet they refused a full refund.
I have photos of both the advertised product and what I received. The difference is not subtle, it is not the same wig. Do not be misled by their professional photography. What you see in their listings is not what you will receive.

This company’s practices are fraudulent. They advertise beautiful wigs, but what you receive in the post looks nothing like the advertised product. I ordered a wig online and paid via PayPal. When it arrived, I was horrified: it was ridiculously low quality and the colour and style were completely wrong.
I contacted the company the same day I received the wig. They first requested a picture, which I sent. Then, instead of honoring my return request, they offered ridiculous partial refunds: $30, then $40, then $45. I repeatedly made it clear that I did not want the wig, and I requested a return address, which they refused to provide. They kept pushing partial discounts instead.
After I insisted on a full refund and escalated the issue with PAypal, they replied saying they had “verified with the factory” and that the wig “matches order specifications.” This is completely misleading—I ordered what was advertised in their photos, not a low-quality version that looks nothing like it.
I should have listened to other buyers’ warnings about the scamming and fraudulent practices of Geeta Hair. Their advertising is false, their products are poor quality, and their customer service is untrustworthy.
I will continue to warn as many people as possible about this despicable company.

They pride themselves on excellent customer service - but when I try and return the hair, they ignore all my messages? All these good reviews have been written by either bots or influencers that received the hair for free. Don’t waste your time!

EXCEEEDINGLY DISAPPOINTED - Inconsistent color and misleading density for reorders of same wig. I’ve probably ordered 7-8 “identical” units from Geeta Hair over the past few years. Many have been made as ordered with full density and a lovely balayage color application. Unfortunately, several units have been made so vastly different from my prior orders that I’m unable to discretely transition to the new wig. For example, the sample wig online has a roughly 2 inch dark root and my recent order has a 7 inch dark root! Several prior units had a gradual color application while others revealed that a less experienced colorist had tried unsuccessfully to achieve a similar effect. This is an epic fail for my circumstances — I wear wigs as a medical necessity and rely on consistent coloring and density when I transition to new units. I complained previously and each time I’m informed the wig was custom made according to specifications. More recently I was advised “ With proper care, including the use of water and styling products, you can achieve a sophisticated and fashionable look similar to the model.” I’m not expecting perfection, but I don’t think it is acceptable to use the excuse of a “custom process” to mask a clearly less than experienced application of color and reduced density that is wholly inconsistent with prior orders for the same wig. Also, the drawstring cap is not large-head friendly on the dimension from the forehead to nape. My recent wig was custom made with the non-drawstring, but it was still smaller than my prior units. EXCEEDINGLY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered an ash blonde wig from here with highlights, but when it came it was highlighter yellower with streaks of green and awful roots - so nothing like the picture at all! I decided to return the wig but was shocked to find that Geeta hair expected me to pay for the return. I disputed this and wrote a bad review - to which I was told that if I delete my review first, they would pay for my return. I deleted my review initially but they retracted their promise and said they would not pay for my return or give me a refund. APALLING! All the positive reviews you see on here are fake. This company is very useless.
I ordered my wig on 21st February and on the website, it says the delivery is within 4-8 business days. However I received this wig on 16th March with no apologies or updates on why my delivery was delayed for so long.
On receiving my wig, I realised that the wig I received is nothing like the wig I purchased. The colour , length, everything was off. I decided to try to return wig due to this and on the website, the return policy says this is allowed, I will pay for returns, all that.
When I emailed the team to initiate the return, they keep trying to offer me a $15 compensation, mind you this wig costs $200+. I have been going back and forth with Elsa Han (very annoying by the way) about this return but they keep ignoring my request for the return address and instructions despite over 8 emails being sent. They only respond to me with a copy and paste reply about a stupid voucher.
Honestly report this company. I am now going to my bank to contest the charges because I don’t think they are even going to release the refund details unfortunately. I am also looking into reporting them to the UK consumer protection agency. Please everyone do this too so we can get some legal action or something. I will update this review if anything changes. As I have seen with other reviews, they respond saying to email them and still do nothing about it so don’t be deceived by them. All the ads and positive reviews are fake AF.
Update (01/04/2026): After much back and forth, I left a negative review of the wig on Geeta Hair’s website and the customer service team reached out to me saying they will offer me return authorisation IF I take down my negative review. This is so laughable and appalling, shows the level of fraudulence this company operates on. I obviously refused this. Anyway AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Update (08/05/2026): after much and back and forth. After so many threats and this really bad review, Geeta Hair finally processed my return and gave me a return as requested. I still think the company is whack for making me go through so much stress and about 1 month of hassle. For your own good, don’t buy from them.
