HUGE SCAM …

I used the drops for one month and didn't lose even one pound. I've been trying to get a refund (it's supposed to have a 90-day money-back guarantee) for about a week now. I finally got someone to answer my emails (twice), but now the rep only sends blank emails (7 blank emails received).

It's truly a scam.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Fake videos. Product not as advertised at all. Tried to charge me multiple times and I had my bank stop all but one (unfortunately for me). Received product with no paperwork and ingredient so small I can't read. Will try to return but already know I got taken.

fraud alert

fraud alert. This company has no customer service WORKING phone number, doesn't answer email, only offered a 10 % refund on a 800.00 order. That is a $80.00 refund. This is not legal

Double charged

I placed an order and was charged an additional fee of over $300. I contacted the company immediately and have gone around and around with what appears to be AI communication. I am trying to cancel the order and get a full refund. Any legitimate company would not be double charging a customer. If makes me very suspicious.

What a scam and having it “endorsed “ by superstars- ugh. Prices vary from site to site making all sorts of promises saying. You don’t have to doing anything other than take the drops. I have eaten less and not lost a pound. In fact gaines weight.

Repeat Scamming by Cartpanday story is the same

My story is the same: scammed. Charged for products I did not consent to . over charged. No communication from the companies. That were obviously in together. My VISA company backed me. They tried with no communication or responses to them . cartpanda was the primary scam. They only gave an email to communicate with ...with no responses. I think all credit card companies should know this cartpanda has scammed all and should help take action against them repeatedly doing this on Facebook!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Guarantee is worthless. Hard to contact customer service, late response from them. Offer a 20% refund, pay restocking fee and return postage. Ended up with $90 refund from an over $300 purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE

I paid for 6 bottles and am totally…

I paid for 6 bottles and am totally disgusted. This is not the product advertised as 3 ingredients and will help you loose weight. This product was advertised by Dr. Oz and is totally fake. It has all kinds of ingredients and does not help you loose weight! The information on the bottle is incorrect and there appears to be no way to get a refund. Anyone with information to help please respond !. Thank you!

It said there would be no bloating

It said there would be no bloating, but I became very bloated, nauseous and headache. Every time I took it. Even though I tried using a smaller dose to build up tolerance. I reached out to the company and they informed me that I could get a 75% return with no product return or I could jump through a bunch of hoops trying to get my full refund. I didn’t feel like I had been scammed until they sent me that email. The email was from cart panda and they said the product came from nerve flow. When I went onto the website for Gela tide, it was called by a different name. Doesn’t anybody care about helping the consumer out and giving them a decent product.? Even an actual doctors put their names and faces to these products all for greed and they obviously don’t care about the customer. Buyer beware

I had the same thing happen to me that…

I had the same thing happen to me that happened to Kelly. I was going to try the intro set that was advertised in the video. I received 9 bottles of Gelatide and they upcharged me for an additive that I didn't request! There were two separate charges on my credit card but they only offered me a 15% refund. Before I even opened the box I called to return to sender. The response said that I would have to pay for the return and any damage to the package. BS, only if they damaged it. I worked at the postal service for 20+ years!

Problems

From the start, they sent me 8 bottles which I did NOT request. Then I have 2 charges to my account, $179 and $211. Have been using for 1 week- have lost NOTHING. I sent an email regarding the extra bottles and excessive charges but so far no response.
ADDENDUM: I was contacted. They told me to keep the product and they refunded 1/2 of my money.

After my bank declined the purchase and I called the bank I told the representative not to process the payment since it had been declined. My account was charged today.

After my bank declined the purchase I called my bank and was not comfortable with the transaction so I never processed the order. A couple of days later I saw two charges pending from Gelatide. They apparently kept trying to charge my account and eventually were successful. The two amounts we not the original charge. I now have a total of $551.79. Thankfully PNC is dealing with this company for me.

Allergy to Gelatide

I have written to customer service twice this week and no one has contacted me. I've had a severe reaction to Gelatide and want to return the 11 bottles and get a refund. Can not locate a phone number to call.
