Absolute garbage support, and as of the time of this writing Gelato has yet to return my call for help on a MAJOR ISSUE that is literally a LEGAL LANDMINE for their entire company. They INCREASED PRICES DRASTICALLY on a variety of items with ZERO COMMUNICATION. I only found this out by doing an internal audit and stumbling over it by accident. Many of my posters had shot up by more than 40% cost with NO email and NO announcement. Imagine how many countless were affected, and yet they go on with business as usual. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen, and if nothing gets resolved and no changes are made then that shows they have lost their desire to help anyone and have succumbed to total greed. It is shameful how absolutely sloppy with their business and clients who give them revenue they have become. Many of my products are also priced DIFFERENT PRICES even for the same thing, depending on when they were created, and the dashboard price actually is INCORRECT and shows a lower price than it actually is. A year ago (early 2025) you could talk to someone immediately in their chat. Now, consistently, you can NEVER get anyone and it's always "our team members are busy" and you have to chat with the chatbot, which even if it refers you to a real person -- that person never answers you back or takes weeks to respond. HORRIBLE and SHAME on you for such poor quality service!

Best Pod Platform
Gelato is a great POD platform and I’m really happy with the overall service. I was recently facing a publishing issue where I kept getting a validation error despite everything being correct on my end. It was frustrating at first, but the support team stayed in touch and finally resolved the issue. I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism. I was very stressed as two shirts for a client was sent to them misproportioned sizing as probably a defect on the cutting, not sure. Either way the client had a group event in another state and needed the corrected items by a certain date, the customer service rep rushed the corrected items and processing so that they had them in time. I am very grateful they made it happen even tho the actual shirt being defective was not their error and the printing was done correctly. Thank you from The Saucy Paws family and my client is super happy as well!

Daily messages from buyers about lost and dameged parcels- when it will end?
I even don't know why I am giving two stars instead of one. I think it is because I am a nice person. As an Etsy seller I had a nightmare experience with Gelato before Christmas, and now it is Valentine's Day...People are ordering gifts, it is all very excititng...until I get DAILY messages saying parcel didn't arrive or arrived broken. DAILY.And it is not my fault. I cannot fix it.All the buyers are left is massive disappointment, and Gelato as usually DON'T CARE. They use EVRI and that is the only option, when we asked to have choice of Royal Mail. I just cannot understand why Gelato is not thinking about improving things, they are so badly managed. Would be nice instead of standard reply to get ANSWER as what Gelato will do to make things better with missing and damaged deliveries- WHEN they will stop using Evri or at least give sellers a choice to choose another courier company?

Gelato print on demand - never again
Gelato print on demand -= except it loses products
Spent a long time researching the best print on demand company to use to send a printed mug to a friend in Norway. The blurb online from Gelato PR bots assured me they had local printers and hence would be best. 6 weeks later a Swedish printer sent the mug through Europe before I followed up only to be told 2 seconds after making an enquiry that it has been lost and they've reordered it for me! I paid twice the cost of the mug to have it shipped and wow - end to end lies and a waste of time and money - I will not be surprised if nothing is ever done to rectify this - it's too easy to make promises online and too hard to hold those who make those promises accountable.
Let's see how trustworthy Trust Pilot is by leaving this review up this time - second time I have tried to leave an honest low review.
